This vibration plate is one of the stronger ones that I have used. It takes some getting used to with balance. The sides of the plate are flexible so you might want to use a chair in front of it to hold on to until you get a feel for it. That being said, with the sides being flexible, it gives you more of a workout. It is quiet and feels sturdy. It is a great value for the price and the workout it provides. The instruction manual is very basic but it really provides what you need. I can tell that it has improved my blood and lymphatic circulation. You will just have to try and adjust the different settings to suit your needs for the type of workout you want. I ordered it in the Slim Blue and it was delivered as promised and the packaging was factory. I also feel that it is portable enough to take with you for vacation or travel.

Easy to use plug up turn on and use

I was skeptical about this machine at first, but it is so fun! I have only had it for about a month and a half and it is holding up pretty good. I wish I had done this before. I am glad I found one that is functional and pretty much a good deal. It arrived when they said it would. It also feels like it is made well. It is a fun way to get some "exercise" and you can find videso online about ways to use it for the betterment of your health. COOL!

This Slimkeeper vibration plate is the first one that I have ever tried. i did not rate it highly. Because I was expecting the vibration to be different than what it was. It seemed to vibrate a little bit roughly compared to what I was expecting. I suppose I would need to try a different one, possibly a more expensive one, so that I could judge it and compare them. Is it it supposed to be similar to the earth vibrations?

I opened my vibration plate and the cord was damaged with exposed wire. I contracted customer service because in the manual it says that if the cord is damaged that the manufacturer will replace it. Customer service said I'm going to have to return it to get a refund but the products price has already gone up.

False advertisement The advertisement states it supports up to 330lbs. Instructions in the box states 265 lbs

Do NOT waste your money on this one. Quit working properly after 15-20 uses. Plugged in it, turned it on, and it started vibrating on its own without we starting it. Starting the machine requires setting the program, how many minutes and hitting the start button. It started up on it's own, vibrating so intensely it was moving itself across the floor. The suction cups on the bottom activate once you step on-so it was moving around very violently. None of the buttons worked to program the machine and it was operating on its own. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The carrier stole my item and i have yet to get a refund. It has been over a week and I've been going back and forth with Walmart and so far I've been out of 70 bucks. Im disgusted at the service and i think im going to delete Walmart out of my life and go to Amazon instead.
