First time using this exercising tool. I've been wanting to lose some weight but too lazy to go to the gym and just don't know where to start until I came across this. It's really compact and simple to use. There are three modes of exercise and I can stand on this when watching movies. It also comes with the elastic bands and the pulls, just like in the photos. Highly recommend to those that don't have a large space for working out.

This vibration plate is amazing! It's so easy to use, just plug it in to an outlet, turn it on, step on it and start to vibrate/shake it! I started to sweat within 5 minutes; my legs/thighs and waist starting to itchy! This doesn't normally happen until I jogged for 30 minutes! It felt like I jogged for an hour plus for the 10minutes of vibration. Thanks to my friend who suggested me this machine!! Therefore, I definitely recommend this to all my friends who wants to exercise or lose some weight but hardly find time to go the gym.

The non-slip suction cup on the bottom keeps it securely in place and won't slide. Adults can stand on it without any problems. It has multiple vibration modes, and I'm trying them all. If the power cord were a little longer, it would be even more perfect.

I opened my vibration plate and the cord was damaged with exposed wire. I contracted customer service because in the manual it says that if the cord is damaged that the manufacturer will replace it. Customer service said I'm going to have to return it to get a refund but the products price has already gone up.
