I am satisfied with my whole experience. Walmarts delivery (2 days). Elliptical trainer is already assembled, which is always a plus. The ease of use and the workout. It’s programmed for 30 minutes. It counts the steps, distance and calories. I actually have already recommended it to a friend. I also ordered 2lb ankle/wrist weights that I use with my elliptical. Resistance bands are always a great source for exercises. Everything is spot on.

This under-desk elliptical machine helped me to start a daily work routine. I suffer from chronic inflammation, which causes my legs and feet to swell, so it is hard to get my steps in without excruciating pain. Sitting at a desk for hours leaves my legs feeling stiff, sore, swollen, and restless. This machine allowed me to get my steps in without pain shooting through my feet and legs. This machine gets my blood flowing and keeps my legs in motion. I have used it twice, and I noticed that the swelling is going down. This is turning out to be what I need to start my new exercise routine. I loved that it arrived fully assembled; putting together machines can be tedious, and there is always an extra piece. It fits under my desk and is easy to move around because it has a built-in handle. It comes with a mat that keeps the machine in place while in motion. It's smooth and quiet, and you can't tell that it is on. It has adjustable speeds. First, start with a gentle speed before using the stride for a more active leg workout.. It also pedals forward and backwards. I must say that it's just like walking, and I feel the burn in my legs and thighs. There is even a slot to hold the remote control. The remote makes it easier to adjust the settings, speed, and direction without having to bend down under my desk.

My Dad is almost 70. Just came off of a major heart surgery and is doing physical therapy still for it. Got this for him for Christmas because on top of the recent surgery he has had double knee replacement, a broken back, and severe hip pain. He uses it at least 30 min a day. He hasn’t been able to walk 30 yds in probably 15 years. This is perfect for him. He has what the dr’s call dementia and is some days pretty out of it. In the 3 weeks I can tell a difference in his energy and the way he talks. He has hope that he can recover you can tell. This is perfect for elderly people whose body currently doesn’t cooperate with them trying to walk. Hopefully someday he’s back up walking around the farm and if so this and the good Lord are the reasons why.

My physical therapist recommended this machine and even told me where to get it and it has been wonderful for me. The winter is on the way and she said this will help me with my exercises at home since I do not feel safe walking and do not have good balance right now. I ordered on line and it was so easy for me and delivery was fast without any problems. The packaging was very secure so nothing was broken. Thank you and this was the first time I bought anything from Walmart and it will definitely not be my last.

This is exactly what I needed. It has 3 programs which you can use (for marching and reverse peddling excerise) or do a manual excerise which has 12 levels of speed (which I think is like just walking but you can manually do a reverse peddling) and just by watching the time on the screen just stop it up to 30 minutes. I have seen on TV a certain machine selling at around $200. Check it on their website. This machine I got on sale with tax and free shipping for half that price. It is very well made, no assembly except plugging it in to a receptacle. That's it. It does have a handle type on the front of the machine for lifting and moving. It is sturdy and has not moved on my living carpet while in use but I have not use Program 3 yet. I used the Program 1, 30 mins last night and what a workout. I could feel it in my hip area. I also asked my doctor about using this machine and she said she suggest it for people, the elderly, who would normally not be able to go to the gym. I am 78 but do go to the gym. I will use this for my off days to keep joint stiffness away. Anyway you might want to invest in this little machine. Doesn't take up a lot of space.

He does it every day! While watching a tv show. Definitely has helped! Was a great price compared to the other brand on the TV commercial’s, that does the same thing.

Got it for my mother in law. Her knees are bad and have no cartilage hard for her to walk. So it’s perfect for her to get exercise BTW she is 72 years of age

The Under Desk Elliptical Machine Ellipse Leg Exerciser is well built and feels like a quality product. I especially love that it is an electrical elliptical, which makes it easy to use and won't put a strain on my knees while still helping me stay active. It works great for small spaces and fits nicely in our car/workout garage, as a full workout machine would have been too bulky. I also like having adjustable resistance/speed options to customize the workout, and it's nice for helping keep me movement going and tracking calories during the day. My only disappointment is that it can only be used while sitting down, which I would have loved more flexibility in how it could be used. Overall, though, it is still a solid machine and a nice addition to seated exercise. I'll add it to my office instead of the converted garage.

I gifted this to a neighbor having problems walking and with knee pain. Although she said it was easy to use, she said it was too heavy for her to move.
