works extremely well for the price. all plastic but sturdy and feels solid. easy to change weights and configuration. gets a little bulky as kettlebell, but it works fine for me.

I got this for the low price and was surprised by the quality for the price. The locks stay tight and don't come loose while using. The weights are the old school plastic with concrete fill so they dont get rusty in damp areas.

Bought these weights for my husband. It is perfect for him to tone and strengthen his body. Comes in a case where you can pack it up and store it if not using. Has everything you would need including the bar and makes dumbbells The price was also great for what you received.

Im not a beginner but far from an avid pro. That being said, I'm really impressed with my first workout with these weights. I needed something to keep in my room to make sure I stick to a routine even when I dont feel like it. And this does exactly that. Weights were easy to put on the handles. Stayed on tight. And the kettlebell handles are a really nice touch. Especially for push ups, they felt very comfortable. The package wasnt really damaged like some said and the carry case was perfection in tact with steel hinges so I'm guessing they wont break. So if everything last for years and nothing breaks...I will give this product 5 stars all day long.

I dont exercise on regular basis but occasionally i want to lift some weights and do different exercises this was a perfect set as it takes very little space and it has all the combinations of weights that i need. Build solid and easy to switch from kettlebell to dumbell to barbell.

I am still reviewing this product but wanted to get out a warning asap to help others. If you planned on using this kit for the barbell portion (using the connector with the two dumbbell pieces) and think you’ll need more than maybe 10 lbs on each side, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Today while doing barbell curls with the included 60lbs, it fell apart in my hands and nearly caused serious injury. The piece where the dumbbell screws into is really just a hollow pipe with a plastic fitting that’s held in by nothing more than friction. A seriously terrible design. I would not trust having the barbell portion over my head for anything at this point. My wife was doing. Her curls with 12 lbs on each side and noticed that hers was sliding apart too. In short the kit feels good in the hand and the cases are okay; one of ours came cracked and the other had a faulty latch but they do the job. I cannot recommend this kit for anyone doing serious work but someone just starting out or only needing light weights this is a fine kit.

The first 2 pictures show the damage to the carrying case from my original order. So I requested a replacement and the case was still damaged. I didn't want to risk it breaking completely, especially while carrying it, so I decided to get a refund. I gave it 2 stars because the process to get a replacement was easy.

TLDR Came apart on me mid bench press on only my 6th or 7th time using the set. Bar was properly locked but threaded nut that locks the dumbells to the bench bar came loose mid rep. Could've been seriously injured, nut needs to be secured to the bench bar better. I used to go to the gym every morning but due to my life getting extremely busier I haven't been able to go in a year. This set is by no means meant for someone trying to get absolutely ripped, but if you push yourself you can definitely get a really nice workout in. I've been enjoying it quite a bit especially considering I didn't have to pay a fortune just to have the convenience of working out at home. Tonight though, I was doing some bench presses with max weight which luckily isn't very much because the left side completely just came apart mid rep. I was able to catch both pieces and gently lower them to the ground without hurting myself or damaging anything but I could've been seriously injured. After further inspection the rivnut I guess you could call it that is inside of the foam middle bar section had came loose over time without me noticing and it just completely came out tonight. You could argue that I should properly inspect the equipment before each use but this is only like the 6 or 7th night that I've worked out with this set. It shouldn't be coming apart that easily. And I don't understand why the middle bar isn't just threaded all the way through, it would make it so much more stable, instead of just having a tiny little 3 or 4 inch section of threads that isn't even properly attached to the middle bar.

Maybe they should invent some sort of double lock system as this one keeps rotating lose everytime I use it

As soon as it arrived, one of the latches on the plastic case would fall off every time I opened it. Not a big deal. I used the weights in every configuration for about two months, a few times a week. Then one day, when I was using it as a barbell with all the weights on, the right side fell off and barely missed hitting my foot. Turns out the plastic threads inside the grip had broken off. Very dangerous, as it would’ve broken my foot. I returned it for a full refund.
