CAP Multi Purpose (Foldable) Utility FID Weight Bench

The bench had easy assembly and has proven very stable when lifting the massive weights in my hyper-manly workouts. I've used it with the backing flat and at an incline, and both have been stable and comfortable.

For the price and for what "I" need it for it works great. It is a regular bench that I can use for barbells, I use it for headaches (skull crushers) and Single Arm Dumbbell Triceps Kickbacks. I use it for curls sitting, and also use the incline for curling single arms at a time. I don't use heavy bars, I use it for lighter weights less than 50lbs per barbell and it works fine. I wouldn't recommend for heavy weights. It was simple to assemble and I think it took roughly 20 minutes to put together. For 70 bucks it was worth it to me.

I really like the bench it is really nice! however, be prepared for some confusing directions. I had a hard time figuring out how to lock it with the safety bolt so it didn't collapse. eventually figured everything out but unclear instructions for sure.. once I got it together, though, perfectly fine! really comfortable

It could use another notch for a mild incline. The top part wiggles and shifts a bit. I tried to red adjust and make sure it's tight enough but it's just a design flaw. Also a pretty big gap between sitting cushion and top cushion. Could be better, but it works.

I've owned this bench for 10 months. I haven't used it daily since buying it, but within the last 3 months I have more consistently. A couple screws have popped out. One on the back longer piece making the bench unstable. Not sure where the shorter screw came from, but that also popped off. I'm only 150 lbs. I don't lift more than two 35 lb dumbbells at a time. Not a bench that will last much longer as it's becoming more and more unstable to use. The one screw in the back won't tighten back into the hole.

The weight bench was delivered ahead of schedule, which is great. It was easy to assemble, and all pieces were present. I have marked down the review to 3 starts because the plastic adjustment knob for the footrest was broken inside of the box.

I knew what I was getting at this price point; this bench is (and was priced) as a cheap, low quality bench. I wanted something to get me by for the next 6-12 months while finishing the build out of my home gym. Everything on this is cheap, which is fine, but it doesn't even have an even 'flat bench' position. It's either incline variations or decline variations. I wouldn't buy this again, and it's not worth the hassle of returning. I'll set it out on the curb when we move this fall.

This is a cheap bench in both look and feel. Almost like something meant for a child's playset. The hardware is suspect. For mine, 2 of the bolts to hold the seats down won't thread at all no matter which of the 4 intended holes I use. This thing says it has a 600 pound limit, but with just 270 on the bench it feels like it isn't going to hold up. Maybe I just got a bad one, but something tells me for 70 bucks, probably not. We bought this weight bench in June and assmebled in July. By the end of September it broke! While my husband was using it one of the supports for the back rest broke so now he can't use the flat option. Combined weight between him and the weights he was lifting was 200 lbs UNDER the max capacity. He could have been seriously injured if he had dropped a weight on his chest or head as a result. If you get this bench, buy the extended warranty and use with caution...or better yet, just don't buy it!!!

The bench was fairly easy to assemble, but the material it is made out of. it's weak. too much pressure on it. it breaks right now. mine is like a rocking chair. the wood is very cheap if it is wood. it's something cheap. don't buy this bench if you plan on benching heavy or you heavy
