box damaged and missing locking rings

One of the things had a raised edge on it, which stopped the nut For screwing it onto it to holding the weights in place. I contacted them. They offered me $5 for a refund or I could get a new one sent to me. I asked for a new one. Have yet to hear back. It's been More than 5 days.

Everything was in the box except the screw to hold the curl bar together!!!

DELAYED WITH NO DELIVERY DATE
Order delayed. No other dteails. It has been in Dallas since Monday. It was suppose to be delivered that day. I am assuming the best bet is to cancel the order and go somewhere else. If I had a new delivery date then at least I would be hopeful. It was suppose to be a birthday present.
