Overall excellent build quality and assembly was a breeze! Delivered in a good packaging. No damages found from the shipping process. The packaging was intact. I assembled it in 30 minutes by looking at the directions. I have not started using it yet. I am waiting for the delivery of the Weights rack and the weights itself.

Arrived quickly with clear tracking of the package. No fuss assembly with everything included. Very sturdy even though I'm a heavier person. The resistance bands are fairly useless and honestly shouldn't even be included, but make no difference to me. Several points are adjustable and work well for me, someone who is short and fat who lives in an apartment without much space.

Glad about the purchase. It worked very well and folds perfectly and helped to save space. Leg curl extension was not working well initially and I installed it differently(installed it behind vertical leg curl bar) and it worked !!. See photo.

It has a small footprint so it's nice for a apartment or small house that has limited room. Only thing I took a star off for is that the padding on the leg press part is a little hard.

Once assembled the unit may wobble longitudinally. Contacted the manufacturer (who responded quickly requesting information) but failed to provide a solution to the problem , maybe because I did not but directly from them. The unit still works OK but beware of possible pinching where the 2 part of the frame come together, I would also suggest that additional holes are provided on the part where the feet lock in for the leg press in order to be able to adjust for height . Have a video of how it moves, but too big a file to attach

The bar that attaches the arm rest and the knee area only has 2 holes. There aren’t much room to adjust. On the assembly instructions it shows multiple holes on that particular part, but it doesn’t look like it. Photos of both sides of the bar and the diagram. Thinking about returning. What’s the point if I can’t adjust it? Send me the correct piece and I’m satisfied.

The unit is definitely sturdy and most useful as a workout bench. My desire however was to purchase one that had a leg lift, as this one does. However, I elected to purchase one that had the ability to load a weight disk with a larger hole. The one I replaced this unit with offered an additional sleeve to accomidate larger weights.

i could not mount the preacher bar to the main frame as the mainframe top part to insert was bellying inward. i returned it to Walmart today.

Was benching 245 and the bench suddenly became a decline bench. Don’t know how this is rated for 770.
