Overall excellent build quality and assembly was a breeze! Delivered in a good packaging. No damages found from the shipping process. The packaging was intact. I assembled it in 30 minutes by looking at the directions. I have not started using it yet. I am waiting for the delivery of the Weights rack and the weights itself.

Arrived quickly with clear tracking of the package. No fuss assembly with everything included. Very sturdy even though I'm a heavier person. The resistance bands are fairly useless and honestly shouldn't even be included, but make no difference to me. Several points are adjustable and work well for me, someone who is short and fat who lives in an apartment without much space.

Sturdy! It would be the most stable on a flat surface rather than carpet. I notice it does move a bit- you might consider placing it on a rubber mat if your area is carpeted. On flat ground this is not an issue. Assembly was easy enough- no issues with the material. I did not notice any defects in the product. It is a great product for the price!

Once assembled the unit may wobble longitudinally. Contacted the manufacturer (who responded quickly requesting information) but failed to provide a solution to the problem , maybe because I did not but directly from them. The unit still works OK but beware of possible pinching where the 2 part of the frame come together, I would also suggest that additional holes are provided on the part where the feet lock in for the leg press in order to be able to adjust for height . Have a video of how it moves, but too big a file to attach

It was very easy to finish the assembly! I mentioned itself is pretty good! The extended head rest is nice.The padding is good. The leg extension isn't the greatest and cannot hold much weight and the resistance bands are worthless.

The assembly wasn't bad and the price was good. However, you get what you pay for with this product. The weight placement for the leg extension is odd and a bit uncomfortable as your feet are against the weights and any plate over 20lbs hits the ground. Also, with weights on the leg extension it wants to tip forward and is very awkward and difficult when adjusting the bench. Also, the preacher curl is small and only useful for one arm dumbell curls. Would be nice to have it a little wider to use EZ bar/barbell curls. The resistance bands are worthless. Finally, when the bench is flat, the gap between the seat and the back support is too wide, making it a bit uncomfortable. Positives; price, adjustable positions, folds up, preacher curl %26 leg extension. All in all, it'll work for now. It was worth the risk for $100, but don't expect to be wow'd. mj

The unit is definitely sturdy and most useful as a workout bench. My desire however was to purchase one that had a leg lift, as this one does. However, I elected to purchase one that had the ability to load a weight disk with a larger hole. The one I replaced this unit with offered an additional sleeve to accomidate larger weights.

the best thing about this bench is the adjustability of the backrest. the incline and decline is really helpful. the leg extension attachment is trash. it is cheap and can only hold small weights. you will have to get very creative to use that. the material probably wont last very long. my confidence in the padding to last over a year is not very high. the bench is light and i out weights in the leg attachment just because it felt like it was going to tip over. not sure if i would trust using the bench more than that

The bench leg curl is poorly designed your feet hit the weight stack. Also when there’s a lot of weight stacked on the leg curl, the bench wants to fold and tip forward.

Either the man pictured is 3-4 feet tall or the item pictured shrunk. Item is allot smaller then pictured or described. Metal is very thin, seat cushions are very thin in fact when you put light pressure on them it goes right to the solid backing. Preacher pad is very very small and would be afraid to use as it would either bend or break. Even though this is supposedly on sale for $100 not worth $50… I would not recommend this product… Returning to Walmart…
