I was skeptical at first because this did not have very many reviews. But I needed one really bad and this was coming the quickest. This exceeded my expectations for the cost. Obviously it is not a professional one, but it does the job when trying to reach the knot in my shoulder. I would recommend this and I would purchase again.

I have HORRIBLE knots in my shoulder and under my shoulder blade. This got them out in under ten minutes. I LOVE this product, I very much enjoy the heating and cooling and the multiple heads applicants. The ball head would be better as a plastic instead of foam—since it catches on clothes a small bit—but other than that it’s amazing. Even just on level 2 the reaching of the massage encompasses my entire shoulder and I even feel it in my spine.

I was worried that the low price would effect the quality but this is a solid and powerful machine. I've only used the heating head so far. That was the draw for me. It did not disappoint. such a great alternative to an epsom salt bath or slathering on the ointments. quick and easy the heat emanates thru your clothing also. def pleased. the mini size lets me put it in a bag to travel. I guess the only drawback is that it doesn't come with its own travel case.

Awesome therapy tool. My knee was injured when I was a kid. Now in my 50's I can feel the pain. This therapy tool helps relieve pain and stiffness. The Hot Compress Head feels great on my knee. The smooth flat head provides easy-to-use comfort.

this is the best most affordable massager I ever bought other one I have bought burnt out with in a month or 2 but this one has lasted months and still strong the heat piece is the best I think it should cost more but I'm glad it doesn't it's definitely worth the money and highly recommed if u have a bad back like me

This is a game changer for me!! Love this product =). I’m a chronic pain patient who lives alone wheelchair bound. and I use this daily!! Seriously allows me to move around everyday!

There is so much good to say about this unit, but I first mention I give it 4 stars because setting %231 is more like %233 on other massagers I have had and this may be too powerful for some, but fine with me. The battery life is good. It normally takes 20 minutes to go over all my aches and injuries of my many years, but I purposeful endured 40 minutes before I quit. I have settle on using the flat head plastic attachment and the larger flat metal attachment that heats because they glide easier on the skin.

Ver unhappy with this massager! I bought one less than a month ago, and the attachment I had on it, go stuck inside of the massager. When I pulled it off finally, there were cords attached to it and dangling out. So I got another one less than a week ago since it was so cheap, and this one doesn’t fully charge and it overheats while it’s on the charger. When I take it off to use, it dies after a couple minutes. I’m very upset that I bought TWO of these and they both sucked !!!

Don’t like that way my item was shipped to me

this product arrive used scraped, smelled the box in the inside had broken pieces, disheveled someone literally use this, boxed it back up and returned it to a store or the warehouse and they sent it to me. If anyone on quality would have opened the box to see that this thing has been used to death. I felt the creeps.
