I'm happy with my purchase. i love how this heating pad is weighted, which helps it stay in place. There's also a snap. i use this while working at my desk. i use this for my shoulders mainly, but alao wrap it around my arms sometimes. Great purchase.

I borrowed one of these and knew immediately I needed one for myself. The material is soft but the heater itself is weighted so it stays in place and provides just a little pressure. My husband gave it to me as a surprise after having our newborn. Helped my achy and tense shoulders after holding and feeding the baby all day. Highly recommend.

perfect size for my cervical spine snd shoulders and upper back. im very pleased with my purchase. i have a cervical spine fusion and many other issues in the spine. The weight of it. is not an issue. Don't let that detour you from buying it. The suze is great!

This heating pad is great. I broke my neck in 2015, and I still have a lot of stiffness and pain. I love that it has the snap to hold it on. It had a ton of heat settings and can set it for specific amount of times. With it being a little weighted, it doesn’t move around like other heating pads I have used. I totally recommend this product.

This heating pad works good. does get hot. Need to pay attention to the heat settings so you don't burn yourself and the control also gets hot, not sure why, just be aware There's a large tag that is annoying. I've only had this for a few days, I've been using since I received it. Helps with my myofascial pain in my trapezius muscle and neck.

I had to open as soon as I received the package, and try it. I have not taken it off since, my shoulders feel relaxed and better. I have fibromyalgia, the feature of heating setting is easy to use. The tide of timing so easy to use. Such an excellent purchase for myself.

What I liked most about this heating pad is the size and design. it is made to specifically cover typical areas of pain that are interrelated all at the same time, which helps immensely. I felt no heat on my neck. I also wanted more heat in my right shoulder and upper back. I used my hands to press down on it to feel the heat better. It was weighted, but not enough settle in the areas needed. I'm 110 lbs. maybe it was made for larger people. I couldn't feel anything on my neck.
