I borrowed one of these and knew immediately I needed one for myself. The material is soft but the heater itself is weighted so it stays in place and provides just a little pressure. My husband gave it to me as a surprise after having our newborn. Helped my achy and tense shoulders after holding and feeding the baby all day. Highly recommend.

Has worked well, no complaints, well made. We've bought many heating oads over the years. The one has done VERY well so far. You just have to remember the heating pad lays on you, not you on it.

This is probably the best purchase I've ever made! I use this both at home and at my desk at work. It heats well and the weighted cloak helps keep it in place where needed. Love it!

I bought two of these heating pads at sperate times. The first one I got for myself and have been very happy. Top quality heating pad. I bought another one for my niece and she loves it as well. You can actually use it for other parts of your body.

love it. workd great for my neck injury. gets really hot! i love that i can set a timer for how long i want it to heat and i love the material. one con is i wish it had to snap options to make it tighter around the neck . i have a small neck. also i wish the top wrapped around the neck more in the front and a little further down the arms. ither than that its absolutely perfect.

I'm small. I'm 5'3" and 114 pounds and 78 years old. I thought it would be too much for me to get used to. Too much weight and bulk? Was I ever wrong! It was perfect for my problem with arthritis in both shoulders, across my upper back, and in both arms down to my elbows. Because it removed my pain, it was easy to relax and get used to. Nice long cord, easy to use control and washable. I have used it sitting up in bed watching TV, but only on the lowest setting. I fall asleep, fall back on it and don't want too much heat all night. I use it during the day while playing cards, at my sewing machine, anywhere I can plug it in, I use it. Very pleased with this Weighted Heating Pad. You can use it on a knee or the hip area. Try it!

I bought for my Mom for Mothers day and she loves it! She has fibromyalgia and struggles with her shoulders being super tight. The weighted aspect and curvature of the item helps give the heat a better chance to penetrate to her muscles. Definitely happy i bought this for her.

Like it a lot but would be great if heat could be directed to neck while wearing it the way it's pictured. It only covers a small section of muscles on side of neck.

I would recommend this to anyone that has pains in their shoulders or in their neck and then I end up setting it or setting it for my back. It really can be used for many areas of your body and it really does feel good and I enjoyed sitting around with mine thank you

I'm a bigger girl so the way it's supposed to wrap around the back of your neck does not feel comfortable at all to me. The long part of it that goes down the back works great. it does heat up very fast and is very powerful heat even on low settings. I didn't realize it was a weighted heat pad. For me it is a bit heavy and a little challenging to put on by myself.
