I have dry eye disease which in turn causes my glands to clog and I end up with a swollen and sometimes black eye. When I see or feel one starting, I start using this and it doesn't progress. It's not specifically what it is made for but it absolutely works well for me. I'm thrilled with the purchase.

I have a weird type of dry eye that has to do with the oils in my eyes. I like the way it makes my eyes feel, it has an automatic timer, and three heat settings. I usually put it on the highest for 20 minutes. I need the real high heat so that the oils will release in my lids. my sister also uses it and loves it.

My DES symptoms have improved greatly after I actually stopped using eye drops lubricants and just used warm eye application. The closing the eyes hard exercise has helped as well. I tried all of those HORRIBLE prescriptions for DES and the side effects were both painful with no improvement.

The only thing is it get hot the plug end and the controls box ? But for the mask it wonderful fit perfect get warm and it soft to my face helps my eyes a lot when I get to use it !

I researched a bit %26 You can make a moist heat option! Just carefully. I have a disease that greatly affects my eyes. This is VERY WORTH a purchase. i had to wait to reorder this item.. that's how popular it has become => Gratefully ~mare~

I have dry eyes and sinus issues. This mask covers the area I need to address both issues. I like that you can chose time and heat levels. The heat distribution is good and even. The velcro closure allows me to adjust it for my head. The mask does have to be plugged in to operate and the side the cord attaches to the mask is farthest away from my optimum plug. I wish the cord was about 12" longer, but I make it work by getting settled with a few tunes to listen to and enjoy the sensation of all the goop melting away. I would recommend if you take the time for self-care and winding down before sleep.

It was amazing at first but then it wouldn't stay on! It was like it had a short in it! I'm 55 and I know how to take care of my belongings so it's not like I mistreated it! I'm returning it to Walmart tomorrow!

A hot compress for my medical condition os just what i needed. i ordered this per my dr suggestion (not this particular product) and it lasted 4 lousy nights. Used for 1 setting each night. Even on high it never got real warm. The 5th night it simply immediately shut off once i pressed the buttons to set on any setting. This was a waste of money. And time. i do NOT RECOMMENDED this item.

never received the item. was very disappointed they lost it so I never got it and now it's out of stock and more money, I received somebody else's slippers. wow! they must have a bad system. Walmart has to do better. train your people well

The Velcro and padding were great to put tightly around your head, the only problem is I used it 3 times spaced apart, and the 4th time I tried to use it the mask would only turn on low, med and high were broken
