I bought this for lower back and hip pain. My back siezes up when outside in the cold. This year I have morning bus duty, so I am ousidr for a half hour. This product is AMAZING. It is perfect. I have shared with my coworkers and let them try it. Now they have ordered one for themselves or their spouse. Absolutely recommend.

I love this! My back pain is severe and I use heat and massage to lessen the pain. But this means I was confined to a chair near an electrical outlet so I could plug in both the heating pad and massager. This unit applies both heat and massage and I can move around, letting me do simple housework and heat up food for my meals. Perfect! This comes with one battery and it lasts a long time. But because I use mine so much, I bought two more batteries that were very inexpensive and allow me to wear this all day. I highly recommend this for back pain relief.

This is the best brace yet. The battery gets super hot and the compressions is great. I have lumbar stenosis with a compressed nerve root and im complete agony. Heat compression is the only thing that gives me any relief. This brace has the battery not attached so you can buy a backup battery and alternate. I do not know how long it lasts as far as durable goes because it's brand new but the battery chsrges full in around 3 hours and lasts ON HIGH HEAT ( RED light up option) for 1.5 hours with auto shut off every 30 minutes. I just restart and will purchase a second battery so I can just swap while this one is charging. I had another brand off of Amazon before this one and it blew up completely quit working in 7 months so when I bought this one I made sure that I purchased the warranty. I LOVE THIS BRACE. I do not use the vibration but it is super strong for someone that may use that feature.

the back pad is comfy that bending you barely feel the components of heating and massage, 3 settings for both vibration and heat its a must for outside workers, helps the tense muscles in minutes in the cold my lower back muscles get so stiff I can barely bend over, but just 7 minutes with the heated massaging and my normal flexibility returned instead of being sore and stiff for 3 days

I looked this at first. it gave me a little support for my lower back pain, and I wore it while I was working and the heat really helped! The problem is that the battery never lasted long enough (needed to be recharged after less than one hour of use), it takes 4 hours or more to fully recharge the battery, and now it won't work at all. The heat and massage lights are both blinking red, and after trouble shooting and trying multiple things, it still doesn't work. pretty disappointed being that I only got to use it roughly 20 times, and I've only had it 3 months total.

Just purchased this item. First use was great. Put on for second time and won’t stay on more than 60 seconds. Very frustrating since I’m in pain and really needed this.

I have a 38” waist and this one size does not fit. The restrictions aren’t clearly stated in description! Wasted days waiting fot delivery now I have the hastle of returns and back pain. These problems happen to often with Walmart sellers!!

I was disappointed in the product. I read all of the reviews and they were half good and half bad, but I decided to try it anyhow. Big mistake! The battery pack worked 15 mins after taking it out of box and it NEVER re-charged again. I would not recommend this product. I returned it.

This product was such a waste of money. When it decided to work it was fine, but the battery is crap. Barely lasts more than an hour. I spent many hours charging the battery %26 barely an hour having it on my back, doing what it was supposed to do. And the sellers don't offer a back up battery for sale. Complete waste of money.
