UPGO Under Desk Bike Pedal Exerciser,Mini Exercise Bike with LCD Screen Displays

Walking and lower body exercise can be painful or result in injury for me, but the UPGO Mini Exercise Bike allows me to get exercise using it for upper body workouts. I removed the pedal straps and duct-taped the bike to secure it to a 26" tall table. Now I sit in a comfy chair with the bike table in front of me and exercise my arms for at least 30 minutes every day while I watch TV. It is low-impact exercise that burns calories and increases my metabolism. I can feel the improvement of muscles in my arms, abdomen, thighs, and hips; since all those muscles are used to stabilize my body while I pedal with my arms. I highly recommend this for exercise that I truly look forward to every day.

I'm impressed with how quiet the UPGO Mini Exercise Bike is! I use it daily without disturbing others. It's lightweight, making it easy to move around. The digital display is clear and helpful for tracking my progress. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to add more activity to their day!

Well made product. Assembly was fairly easy, but the battery is shipped inside the base and it had come loose and rattled inside the case. This made it appear there was something broken inside. I would recommend shipping the batteries out the base and installed during the assembly process.

I truly enjoy!! i'm starting my 93rd year soon , but very active. Just needed to have a safer method of exercise.. Currently establishing every other day! Going for 3 miles now! I personally enjoy putting things together...instructions clear.. My personal problem was figuring how to set program correctly! I'm not sure how instructions could be made clearer! the feet holders were folded so tight I couldn't get both feet in pedals. So I had my physical therapist help me put heavy duty rubber around them to straighten them out. I left on for a week, and it worked. I really like it.

Assembly was fairly easy, except for one of the screw sets on the pedal , which had difficulty coming apart to adhere to the bike. The bike moves around a bit when pedaling, but it is a good tool to help with recovery for a torn mensicus in my knee. I also have to sit on a cushion to get the right height to pedal. Use this when watching shows and the time goes by!

The peddles have a tendency to stick and the effort for someone who is very weak may be more than what they can handle. I wasn't impressed with the smoothness of the bike without any tension. Other than that it works good for the intended purpose. This was recommended by a physical therapist.

I purchased this for my elderly father in an effort to get him some exercise without much effort. He does not get on top of it to prevent sliding out from under him, so after it slides away, he is finished. The mate is not enough for tile flooring; it needs to be secured to the floor better.

Cycle is fine but it doesn't stay put. It moves making it hard to pedal. I bought an exercise mat but it still moves. But not as mush. Still difficult to pedal. About 2/3 minutes and you have to stop, move cycle back and start again. There's no chance of continuous cycling! Would not purchase it again.

VERY short space for feet- I wear a ladies 7 shoe as sometimes my feet hit the bars on rotation- also no tension even when I turn the dial all the way up- also not accurate distance count on display.
