While I love this machine and it is easy to use, there is one problem, it walks or slides as I am using it. It is a pain to have to constantly pull it back to me. So I bought a small rug mat that you use for keeping rugs in place. It works great now. So while I really do support the purchase of this workout machine, you still need to buy the rug mat so it stays in place while you are working out.

I would highly recommend the Prohiker under desk elliptical. I purchased the elliptical to exercise my legs when dealing with a herniated disc and left leg blood clot. Besides the leg exercise, I believe the elliptical helped with reducing the leg swelling due to the blood clot.

As an elderly lady with bad knees this machine works very well for me. The resistance of this machine is excellent and would work very well in any home gym. The ease of use is exceptional and I especially like the remote. I can set my own pace or use any of the 3 pre-programmed units.

Very sturdy. Will not slide on floor. Using for wife with dementia and parkinsonism to loosen up her stiff legs and motor is more than capable of handling that load. Also, no assembly ready to go right out of the box. An on/off switch would be nice.

This under the desk elliptical has been an outstanding success for swollen feet, ankles! It's taken about 2 months but my feet have gone from looking like blobs at the end of my legs to looking like feet again! If you have a hard time walking and your feet are swollen get this and get up to 1 hour a day and watch your feet emerge!

I use it daily I like it cause being a older woman I do my exercise at home and whatever time I please so rush going out anywhere for me it's a huge advantage

I am unable to walk too much due to my lung issues so I ordered this exerciser. I am very happy with the amount of workout it gives me to strengthen my legs and back. It is very easy to use. It arrived completely assembled and the handle provides easy handling and placement.

I bought this for my mom who is going through cancer treatment and is diabetic to keep her legs moving. It is very smooth moving. It has different speeds and tells you your distance. The only issue we have is when we are trying to make it go into reverse. Otherwise she likes it.

The foot rests were way too large for my feet; my feet kept sliding down. Other than that it was nice passive exercise. It took me a while to understand how to use Functions so was unable to see Calories burned. They say you learn by doing, thus next time I use it, I will know how to find Calories Burned. I was unable to open battery compartment on Remote. Is there a trick to it, that the manual did not mention?

It's perfect for helping keep up your circulation. It absolutely does not help you exercise or burn any calories. There is no resistance at all. The pedals turn automatically. You can't actually adjust any level of resistance or pressure. It just pedals your feet for you at varying speeds. I couldn't get over 95 BPM.
