Bought these to help build muscle and lose weight after having a baby, I just started using them so only time will tell but I can feel the burn just with the band with least resistance, I'm sure these are gonna be great!

great resistance! much more resistance than rubber ones! and so far they dont slip or roll up. a rubber heavy one is like the light one of these for me, i absolutely love it and 100% recommend

Not the material I was thinking they would be. And even the lighter smaller band was very tight. really just disappointed but I will attempt to use them.
