Does the job I'm 6-1 260lbs it's small enough to not be in the way and big enough to stay stable while I lift well made

It's decent bench and weights for the price. The quality is a little bit cheap but nonetheless I as a 240 pound man can comfortably use the bench to lift weights.

My husband and I like the weight bench. It's pretty sturdy and my husband is a big guy but he feels secure on the bench which is great. My husband likes the weights a lot. I prefer individual weights and what's nice is the bench has a weight area underneath and we can fit the weights that came with this set for him there and there is room for other weights so we can put my weights there as well. I super love the built in weight rack underneath. Great space saver and it's nice to keep things organized.

Loved the price and wasn't sure if I was going to continue working out at home or go back to gym. I needed heavier weight but it is really hard for me to switch these weights out. Takes me minutes everytime and hurts my hands. Bench is fine and so are the weights but switching out is tough.

This definitely would make a great Christmas present for someone who is just starting to work out it's affordable and it's very cute. I like the red and black bench a lot. You can use it for so many exercises, and I think it's just a great set altogether everything is included in one little box. It was extremely easy to put together, and if you're going to store pretty much easy to take part as well if you have a place where you really can't store a full size bench like this you could always take it apart and put it under your bed and then, if you feel like exercising, you can.
