I got this for my son for Christmas cause he's likes to do at home workouts %26 stuff. He says it was definitely a great present cause he can do so many more workouts with this then just the dumbbells he has. A great product for a great price in our opinion.

It's decent bench and weights for the price. The quality is a little bit cheap but nonetheless I as a 240 pound man can comfortably use the bench to lift weights.

Loved the price and wasn't sure if I was going to continue working out at home or go back to gym. I needed heavier weight but it is really hard for me to switch these weights out. Takes me minutes everytime and hurts my hands. Bench is fine and so are the weights but switching out is tough.

You can use it for so many exercises, and I think it's just a great set altogether everything is included in one little box. It was extremely easy to put together, and if you're going to store pretty much easy to take part as well if you have a place where you really can't store a full size bench like this you could always take it apart and put it under your bed and then, if you feel like exercising, you can.
