Flybird Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench for Adult with 660 lb Capacity

I reviewed a lot of adjustable benches before choosing this one. 1. It's really easy to fold up and tuck away when not using it. Pop three pins out, fold and carry by the handle to move out of the way when not using. 2. It's light yet it feels sturdy enough for me to do step ups on. I appreciate the contour on the bench so I can get closer to it for dumbell rows. With that said, I don't love those contours for bulgarian split squats or tricep dips. I have to thoughtfully place my hands and feet for those exercises. Not a deal breaker though. 3. I'm 5 6" and it's the perfect height. The bench is standard height and it's perfect for my height. That said, if was a taller person, I would probably get the more robust version of the adjustable bench that they sell. 4. Fair price. Walmart had a better price than Amazon, and delivered it super fast. I think is a fair price for nice adjustable weight bench for home use. 5. The padding is great. Not too hard or too soft. Perfect for a home gym. 6. I put it together in 5 minutes. Instructions were clear and there are only a few screws and you're done. I appreciate that it doesn't have a lot of parts that could break.

Very nice bench . Have had several gym memberships at a time for more than 36 years . Seen every type of bench . This bench really seem to take all the best qualities of multi bench companies , and incorporated it into this one . Actually have more features for everyone’s taste . Even a place to add wheels to roll it from place to place . Folds up very nice and easy and has numerous ways to adjust the seats for your exercise . Thought I was going to spend at least 30 min assembling product , but was SUPER easy and quick . Most pre-done . Padding and materials seem to be high quality …. time will tell

Could never find a bench available at the gym, so I decided to buy my own bench and a set of dumbbells to workout at home! This bench is sturdy, nice looking and leaves a small footprint at my space. People have mentioned that the chair is short if you're tall, but I'm 5'1 so its perfect for me. Walmart has this for $10 cheaper than Amazon. Thanks Walmart!

Assembly instructions are awful, but fortunately it comes mostly assembled so I was able to figure it out Once fully assembled though I find it meets my needs and is 'as advertised'

Works as advertised, easy to assemble, and worth the price.

Has anyone actually tried to fold this up with the l”foot rest” attached? It's not possible as the seat bracket won't slide over the foot rest (see picture). If you could actually set the seat to zero degrees, you could also do decline sit ups, but it doesn't allow for that, the way it is manufactured. Otherwise than that, it's great for flat bench and incline bench.

This is a good bench for beginners and people who are not real big. It comes assembled except for the foot cushion. It is easy to move around and folds up nicely for storage. If you are a big person, say 6" tall, over 200 lbs or lifting really heavy weights, I would not recommend this for you. This is the 2nd one I bought. I gave my first one to my sister. I serves me so well, I bought it a second time. I'd give it 5 stars if it were $50.00.

It is pretty nice but very small. Very low to the ground. Probably best for teenagers or adults up to 5’ 5”

Shipping took forever. My item started out in CA, was shipped to PA, shipped back to CA before then being sent to me in CO. after 10 days it was finally delivered and it was not at all what I ordered.

CAME WITHOUT FEET for the bottom of the bench. ALSO NO FOOT REST. Can't use it at all, even if there was a foot rest, because the bars to actually put this bench on the floor (with the plastic at each end) are missing. Worst Walmart purchase ever.
