Works great for HIIT style workouts! It is gentle on the knees during lunges while still being stable and sturdy. It flattens out perfectly after a couple times of use. I left it out to relax for a few days when I first got it and no issues. Highly recommend!

Recently spent a long weekend at a family reunion and used this mat daily, as well as sharing it with my sisters, who also like to keep up with their exercise routines even when on vacation. It worked well and took up very little room in my jam-packed Jeep full of supplies. It also functioned as a place to lay my sleeping bag when camping. I like it a lot!

This exercise mat is great for all kinds of activity. I use it for crunches and strength training. My better half uses it for yoga, and more yoga. It is a non-slip mat that makes it easy to use anywhere. It folds up nicely, and can fit into a suitcase. We are heading to Florida early next year, and will probably bring this mat with us to insure we keep up with our routines.

I have purchased several exercise mats over the last couple years...and never found one that I loved everything about them. Until now! I really love everything about this exercise mat. It folds up easily and pretty flat, making it fit in my backpack nicely or easy to carry and store. I like the grey solid color. My husband is over 6 feet tall and he likes the size of this mat. It is about 3/8 inch thick foam. Very comfortable slow-rise foam. The bottom is slip resistant and really works. This mat does not slip around with lots of movement. The top is also slip resistant. I love how you can easily fold to make this smaller. I highly recommend this folding exercise mat.

This foldable exercise is thin enough to easily fold up and put away. When folded, it is light enough to store overhead or put away in the closet. It large enough to do your stretches or yoga and lays nicely in the hardwood floors. This mat is perfect to use under exercise equipment to protect your floors. A good buy.

I just wanted a durable mat that was somewhat hard and durable that did not have thick cushioning. After a while that cushion gives too much and ends up ripping the top of the mat. Also I wanted it to have a firm smooth surface so it would be easy to clean when it gets wet with sweat. So far so good! A lot of people are complaining about it laying flat with all the creases from the folds from packaging. I just laid mine out for a few days and now it's perfectly fine.

The Stamina Folding Exercise Mat is a thick mat with a nonslip surface for any exercise. The mat has convenient marks to perfect your yoga. I have used it for yoga and HIIT workouts. The mat is easily folded for storage. However, to keep the mat from folding up while you using it, I suggest keeping it flat for a few days before use. This mat has a nice thickness to it and is great for balancing. I just wish the mat was a bit wider. The dimensions are 22 X 72. It's a great mat and very durable. I highly recommend this mat.

This mat arrived with a hole in it because it was mailed in a plastic envelope. The mat itself is partly covered by a box, but the top is exposed and wasn't protected during shipping. As a result, it got punctured en route, but the mat still works fine. Would be nicer without a hole in it, but oh, well. The mat is quite substantial, well padded, and folds up nicely. It doesn't want to lay flat on its own, but when you lie on it to exercise, it's fine and very comfortable. I like the thick padding for cushioning my knees especially. The mat takes up a fair amount of room even folded up, so not super easy to stash away. Overall, I recommend this mat if you have room to store it and ideally can buy it in person rather than online to ensure a completely intact mat surface. You'll love it! My downward dog does, too.

This thing folds away easily but doesn't flatten. The creases stay poking up I had to put dumbells on it to get it to flatten and then folded it up again and had the same problem every time I tried to use it . Bottom line total garbage don't buy this

I got this mat hoping it could be used for multiple activities; husband's hiit workouts, my yoga, daughter's gymnastics. And honestly I don't think it's very good for any of them. It's too thin to be of comfort for yoga, too thin to be safe for tumbling, and too thin to provide shock resistance for high impact workouts. We use it on a hardwood floor and its nonstick function seems to work. But nobody is comfortable using it. Since it accordion folds it is difficult to store. If you stand it up it is going to unfold, you can really only lay it flat maybe sliding it under a bed. A strap similar to the one on my rolled up yoga mat would come in handy. We will not be keeping this mat.
