Nice set of resistance bands for home use. Has thorough instructions. They show you how to do various workouts and how to attach the band to the door, etc. You can secure it in the door, which gives you more options for workouts than you would get with just resistance bands. The set comes with 2 handles and a Velcro strap, which is great for leg workouts.

The REEBOK Delta Total body resistance kit is indeed all I was missing for my strength training sessions at home and it didn't disappoint. A small box, packed full of ‘strong'. I didn't have to put anything together and everything seems sturdy and well made

This is an excellent kit for someone who is just starting out using resistance bands. It comes with different strengths, easy to follow guides and a great option to use the bands on their own or attach it to any door to use it secured. The connections are good quality metal that hasn't made me worry about snapping and the overall quality of the bands is great! I really don't have anything bad to say about this kit.

I'm very happy with this portable, Total Body Resistance Kit from Reebok. The box may be small, but the equipment in it is strong and will give you a great workout. There are several different workout positions provided for you and tells you how to set up the straps and bands for different resistance strengths. The bands are good quality and don't appear as though they'll break unless punctured or damaged. A small pouch is provided to store everything in, which is great for traveling. So far the equipment has given me a great workout on my arms, inner thighs and abdomen. Start on the least resistant band first and work your way up to make sure you don't strain anything. Overall, this is a great resistance kit that can be used by anyone because there's no gravity involved and you control the resistance.

I really like these. There are so many options and combinations so i can get a full-body workout without going to the gym. There are 4 included bands of various resistance levels. They can also be combined for even more. The door holder and ankle strap and handles are all great. It even cones with a giude with exercises you can do.

I really like this set as it comes with everything you need. It is easy to set up and very portable. The handles are comfortable &. I've used this for a couple of weeks. . This item offers a great deal of exercise options. Great value. Good quality

This was easy for me to bring along when I am going on trips and they don’t have any gyms in the places I stay. Easy to exchange from light to heavy. It has comfort grips so you don’t have blisters especially the ankle wrap.

I like this band set because they don't take up a lot of space and it is easy to store. I also enjoy using the bands and find them fun and easy to use. The bands are not an intimidating piece of equipment and I feel comfortable using them as a beginner. I like that there are 4 different bands from light weight to heavy weight in differentiating colors. I like that the bands come with an ankle strap and door strap, but it would be helpful to have an extra clip on the ankle strap. I also like the comfort handles, but they tend to slide around. Overall, I like this set and it is helpful in my workout.

These bands are a perfect addition for home workouts. Four bands included (easy to heavy)with handle, ankle, and door attachments. Comes with a workout booklet. I have found numerous exercises to use the bands with online. The handle attachments are my favorite way of using the bands. And it really does workout the full body( results felt).

The product is nice, but didn't fully meet my expectations, it feels a little more on the cheap side. It works, and is good. But I am not sure how long it will last as the materials seem to already be stretching out. But it does work good, just not quite up to my expectations.
