It's comfortable, pay attention to it being 2 " for the weights. I don't use the ones on the side but the handle and foot cushion bars can be used together kinda like rowing. I just put it in front of the TV so I can do some workouts while watching shows
I like everything about this workout bench. It arrived in good condition and the description was accurate. I had to purchase the weights and bar separately but that was no problem. The bench and all attachments are sturdy and will no doubt last a long time. It’s a good component toward a complete gym.
Great price and good value, the stability of the structure can be a little bit flimsy at times and it is not very heavy. The assembly is pretty easy and can be done in about an hour. There are no sharp angles and it seems about standard durability. If you need something cheap and easy this is a good pickup for a home gym.
I received the product with one broken knob that I superglued back together. One of the holes with threads was stripping one of the bolts as I tried to assemble the upright arm that holds the bench bar. After using a little elbow grease, I was able to get the knob and bolt to function properly. Now that I have everything together, I like this bench for my 14 yr old son. I got this on sale around Christmas time for about $125 and it is definitely worth it.
not gonna lie, this is a decent set up, especially for beginner weight lifters. I didn’t bother to put the butterfly wings on due to reading other reviews before purchasing. which makes sense because the butterfly wings would definitely take away from bench pressing due to the benches size. also, unless you’re great at telling screw length and sizes apart, I’d recommend the video on YouTube showing how to put the equipment together, the instructions manual wasn’t that helpful. overall it was worth the money. thank you.
The workout bench is much smaller than it appears on the photo. My husband had to put spacers of wood underneath to raise it up so that he could use it.
Broke after 2 uses with significantly less weight than the bench claims it can withstand. Would not recommend buying this product.
I’m really kind of angry because it is missing pieces. The pieces that it is missing are very important. The screws that could move the weight arms up and down are missing. Now I know why this weight bench was so inexpensive. I guess you can say you get what you pay for pieces missing.
First of all, this is for OLYMPIC PLATES ONLY, which sucks because I have standard plates, so this is going to be an added expense. 2) Instead of giving you instructions they want you to go to YouTube page 3) The YouTube video is only 4 min long, they speed it up so you can't see anything 4) They do not identify how the bars should be situated to assemble so expect to have to disassemble to reassemble because they couldn't give you 3 seconds of their time to show you how to orient the bar. 5) If the company had labeled the parts and let you know how to orient certain bars and where to put the screws I probably would have given this a 4 star rating! For whatever reason, they seriously wanted you to be confused about assembling the bench. Oh, and BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS and a FRIEND, the tools they give you won't do the job.
I was ordered surprised for my son for Christmas but been busy work when got off work for few days so 3 days ago me and son was excited and I help him with set up that how there was wrong side 2 hole is top no right you can try by yourself when you get box back you open it and look because there wrong side of 2 hole I was plan drill other holes but my son said no he want return it to you.
