these aren't what I thought I was getting but I expected hard metal balls these are soft filled to the required poundage. a surprise but a good one I'm less likely to drop them on my feet and break a toe. I managed to find solid ones elsewhere. they are heavy but soft sided balls that I like better.

when I ordered these, I thought they were the hard metal balls but to my surprise they are soft sided filled balls. I'm less likely to drop on my foot and do damage with. I like much better.

wrong size
the product was what it is suppose to be its just the wrong size for what i need. the mistke is mine, but i would like to return it and try to get the right size.

love this small (6 lbs.), but effective addition to my fitness line. This weighted ball is excellent for abdominal muscle toning.

i really thought the ball was made to be heavy and firm ball grip!!!! mines came with poor grip due to a indented sphere on one side
