I love this durable exercise ball. It allows you to get deep stretches when used on a sturdy folding chair. Ive lost several inches in my torso area. Which also gets you legs and Buttocks. Amazing results in just 30days. My goal is approaching faster than I imagined. I Just bought another one for my boyfriend. He has sciatic nerve issues. This too has subsided within the first week. Highly recommended.
I'm currently in physical therapy, and this ball is just about as good a quality as I use in PT. I highly recommend this PT ball based on quality and price.
Strong and durable. Works well for various exercises, particularly leg strengthening. It's been very helpful for my at-home physical therapy exercises since my hip replacement. Highly recommend!
Great product! Will recommend!!
A great item to use for strengthening legs or whatever else might ail you.
this exercise ball is perfect for me. i like the size! i had a karge one, but could not use safely due to small stature. this one is just right.
The ball's material is supple and easy to use
My ball arrived flat and was inflated using the plastic straw that's provided. I found it extremely difficult to blow it up and then quickly insert the stopper without losing significant air. When I inflated, I have a ball that is not firm enough for me or the size I anticipated or need. When inflated I was hoping for a firmer slightly larger ball to squeeze between legs for certain PT exercises. I'll keep it, but for my purposes a size 5 soccer ball would work much better
advertising indicated a fully inflated ball, which is NOT the case. Some sort of pump or compressor is required for inflation. The ball comes with 2 plugs and a small straw with NO instructions whatsoever as to thier purpose or how to use them. There should be a maximum pressure to inflate to as to not burst, but there are NO pressure indications at all i would have been better off going to a toy store and buying a childs ball DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PRODUCT
Was impossible to inflate. Numerous attempts and I'm over it.
