I have a back and leg injury, and I'm starting to lose strengthen my arms. I bought these to use for exercise for my arms. I'm taking it slow, but I can feel a difference very pleased.

Very pleased with the one lb weight

I ordered this as a lightwright dumbell to work my wrist following a surgery. It was effective but the length was short which made it a bit hard to grasp.

Very small weight and made for small hands 🙌 like myself and the color is nice and I received it quickly. However I'm glad I purchased only one because the material around the weight has some bubbles around it and it makes my hands🤚 sweaty and so it gets slippery. I won't be purchasing another one and will probably return it or just keep it as a backup for the ones that I should have purchased from Amazon in the place.
