Got this for less than $150. Wasn't expecting much for the price. I was very surprised when I put it together to see the quality of the machine. It's not commercial grade but for a home gym it is well worth the money. Works great. Has all the adjustments you need. Handles plenty of weight. The handles are movable so you can work out your triceps or your chest. I definitely recommend
I have several pieces of Syedee equipment, and they have all arrived ahead of schedule with no missing parts. This seated dip/triceps machine is sturdily built and offers great value for the money. I personally think it's superior to similar machines costing hundreds of dollars more and is a great affordable option for your home gym.
I purchased this item at an extremely good price when compared to other items. I was looking for a machine for the triceps with flexibility to alter my grips and also adjust seating height and the lower stop position. My home gym has all Olympic style plate loaded equipment and this fit right in. I assembled it and was using it for doing seated dips in less than 2 hours.
Great machine works good. Only bad thing. It should have a belt on the seat to hold me down but it's OK for the price of everything 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend buying this for your tricep workout.
Once again Syedee surpassed my expectations with the impressive detail of their instructions on how to put together the product and the impeccable execution method for marking each piece of their product. Each page of the instructional booklet had crisp drawings detailing each piece needed to assemble the step by step structure of each section. And of course the final product is amazing just like the last Syedee I bought. Obviously Syedee has a fantastic team behind each of their products.
My 4th syedee machine - bench press (GMWD) pec deck, preacher curl and now this seated dip. It came a week early which was nice. It was easy to put together if you have a rachet. One thing that is very very cool about these products from s y e d e e is that all the parts are wrapped and the sticker part that correlates to a part in the instruction manual is labeled which makes it very easy. There are not too many parts for this machine before some of the other machines I bought this was a great and very useful feature. The machine is very sturdy looks very cool with the red and after I tested it it works both the chest and the triceps when you adjust the handle inward for the tricep and outward for the chest. This is a brilliant innovation in my opinion. There were no issues with the parts and it was pretty easy to put together. But I want to tell everyone that this company has amazing customer service which is why I bought this particular machine instead of the Titan machine which was more less the same price. The company's customer service really help me out with my pet deck machine in particular there was a defective part which they replaced immediately and also explain to me the best way to use the machine. I highly recommend this machine and other products from the same company. Just to get this out there I believe that s y e d e e and gmwd are either the same company or subsidiaries of a mother company. Either way their machines are very affordable and very effective
I've bought a few Syedee machines over the years, and I like them all. This is my newest, and it's great, dont get me wrong. I'm 5'10", and if you fully sit back into the back rest, I have barely any movement on pushing down, maybe a few inches with how the arm bars come way out in front. I have to sit way toward the front of the seat, back way off the back rest, to actually get a good pump and use of the muscle. overall, if that doesn't bother you, this is great. It is very easy to put together and took all of 15 minutes. Make sure you have sockets on hand as the tools provided are going to make ya annoyed. lol
The paddles(handles) are too close together and hit my legs for a tricep push. I have to twist the paddles on the way down to get a full range of motion. I would be interested in shorter paddles so they won't hit your legs during the tricep push. I'm 180 lbs. and require a wider machine!
It works but the handles rotate when they should not when lifting the weights. If they correct this flaw it will b 5 stars out of 5. Not hard to put together either.
You get what you paid for with this machine…which isn't much. It lasted literally for a few workouts. The handle grips, which swing inward and out for two workout positions, are the failure point on this piece of equipment. Mid set, with the grips in the outward position, one grip collapsed, then the other followed. There is only a round piece of plastic that is friction fit into the steel tubes that supposed to keep the grip in one of two positions. It's a shockingly stupid design. The machine is still ‘under warranty', which is another joke. I contacted Syedee, explained the issue and provided photos and video. The representative had absolutely no working knowledge of this machine. Her ‘solutions' were ridiculous and she would not put me in contact with a supervisor or anyone who knows this equipment. Each of her emails were a stall to avoid fulfilling the warranty. Horrible service. I'll have to drill a hole through each end of the steel tube and put a bolt in to keep the handles from spinning all the way around. Do yourself a favor and buy a different machine like the Titan.
