I didn't think it would arrive before Christmas but it did and my husband put it together right away. He used it that night and loves it. The only complaint he had is when he does his sit ups on there it hurts the back of his legs. So maybe putting something on that bar for comfort would be great

Very comfortable. Range of motion is perfect, just like a gyms equipment. Sturdy with a retractable bench, makes it fit in small places, where needed. Very happy with this purchase.

Love have the bench connected to the press, very smooth, having the built in spotter arms is Definitely a nice feature. I feel 💯 confident while lifting heavy alone. Price is good perfect for any home gym.

The Syedee chest press machine is surprisingly good. I didn't know what to expect when I bought it but was pleasantly surprised how well it works. It's sturdy and somewhat compact. If you're looking for the same quality as the commercial gyms have you will be disappointed. But if you're looking for a piece of equipment for your home gym, then this machine will not disappoint. I'm happy with my purchase of the Syedee chest press machine.

Another machine to rate for you future home gym enthusiasts. Here this machine at first I gotta say its a simple assembly compared to my other machines beside the tricep press down and fly machine of course. I say probably 2nd easiest. Besides assembly I can't lie to you I hated it at first! Felt like I wasted some dough. But after weeks of fine tuning and getting my form under control and putting the stabilizers in higher position so lift off wasn't treacherous I relized this machine is pretty awesome! So after getting form down I've gotten to reps of 90 lbs on each arm. Always do maintenance on these kinda machines as in just inspect every so often bolts are snug you don't wanna have a bunch of weight on there and it break on you that be awful so keep that in mind. only negative is that this has no neutral grip besides that solid purchase!

Not bad at all. For the price, I was surprised how sturdy it was. I have loaded it up with all my weight and gave it a good tug and it was tight and had no looseness feeling. If you can get it for the price i did, i recommended it.

nicely accommodating for a at home gym safe 👌🏿and eazy to put together but make sure u have a tool set and a partner to help u and dont tighten the screw nuts until u connect the parts carefully 😀 👌🏿
