I didn't think it would arrive before Christmas but it did and my husband put it together right away. He used it that night and loves it. The only complaint he had is when he does his sit ups on there it hurts the back of his legs. So maybe putting something on that bar for comfort would be great

really good chest press machine overall design flaw in the bench itself and quality of the bench padding is very thin. Also the bench placement is not far enough back in my opinion I have lifted weights for over 50 years bench design is adequate although placement could be another 3-5 inches back for better angle and comfort

Not bad at all. For the price, I was surprised how sturdy it was. I have loaded it up with all my weight and gave it a good tug and it was tight and had no looseness feeling. If you can get it for the price i did, i recommended it.
