Syedee Bicep Tricep Preacher Curl Machine, Adjustable Seat, 2 in 1 Plate-loaded Preacher Curl Machine for Home Gym

Last year I was in a car accident and I was unable to go to the gym regularly or confidently, as I kept getting injured, feeling rushed etc. so I bought this for my basement gym which had expanded over the last 9 months to include other machines. I feel comfortable going to the gym again now that I'm healed up but this machine helped me maintain the muscles in the comfort of my home.

I have bought both a preacher curl machine and a leg extension machine from Syedee. These machines are solid, you simply assemble them and load some of the plates (weight plates are not included). I have loaded my leg extension machine with up to 4-45 lb plates no problem. Both machines are extremely ergonomic and comfortable. Great value for the money.

Really activates the muscles. The handle positions makes it easy to target all biceps heads.

Take your time to put together correctly and you will easily get your money's worth. The 3 different grip positions help tremendously.

I'm very happy with the product. I feel like it's built very sturdy. The only complaint I have is, I wish there was a place that I could anchor my feet to keep my butt in the seat when doing heavy tricep push down or a heavy curl I find myself sliding all over the seat with nowhere to anchor my feet

Products wasn't made right and a few parts didn't fit and I had to leave out?

Could you please do the customers who bought this machine a favor and include directions on how to put this together . they give you pictures with not a word on how to assemble this thing . The frame is easy enough but the only reason I was actually able to assemble step 2 is because I have a Valor leg machine with the same ' adjust piece ' , ' weight plate tube' and and ' square pin '. INCLUDE DIRECTIONS . As far as the machine itself , for triceps it's worthless .- for biceps - it's not bad is the best I can say
