My brother showed me how to workout when I was a teenager. I'm 32 now and this Syedee ab machine saved my life ! For all my years I have been harassed at the gym by dumb people, psychos, freemasons, corrupt police %26 freemasons and their gangs ! Now I can work-out in peace and harmony ! This machine is great and reminds me of the recent Mikolo smith machine I purchased from Walmart. Thank-you to everyone involved in the making of this. God bless

This is an excellent value. It is constructed with heavy duty steel and very sturdy. The assembly was easy for me by myself and I am 74. But,A socket wrench is helpful) The rod for the plate weights will hold 3 plates and for me 55 pounds is enough for a good workout. It makes crunches and back extensions a breeze and I even use it to do some arm presses. For the price, $243, this was a real deal. Shipping was great, with plenty of tracking notices. It even arrived one week early! I would give this 6 stars if possible.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The seat should have more height options for smaller women. It fits my sons and my husband well. Also, there should be an option to purchase resistance bands. They show the option to use bands in the advertisement, but do not provide a link to actually purchase them. It does work fine with plates.

the cam bar that has the holes for adusting the main bar you push to do the exercises didn't fit into the "bearing" hole. the bar was wider at the end due to poor quality control, and the bearing hole also had burrs in it. i had to sand and file them both for an hour to get it to fit together. also, the description stated it will hold 400 pounds, but the bar that holds the weights isn't close to long enough to put that much weight on it. the description says it weighs 120 pounds assembled, so i bought it under the assumption that it was heavier duty, it only weighs 60 pounds. this is a cheaply made piece of equipment, probably the same quality as the ones that cost $100 less, and it most definitely was never worth the $1,000 they claim it used to cost. dont waste your time or money. this thing is a huge rip-off.

The items ad is mis-leading. A picture of weights in the ad gives that false impression that weights come with this product. Nothing could be further from the truth.
