Solid, compact addition for the home gym. The hack squat, and leg press machine is well constructed, sturdy, and can handle over 400 lbs. I am impressed with the quality for the price, and this is my 3rd piece of home gym equipment from SYEDEE. Every piece of equipment is worth the money spent. Don't be weary of this company as I had no problem reaching customer service for help with a piece of equipment. I will definitely by another item for the home gym.

I bought this machine before the New Year, and I brought the new year in with the flu and some bronchitis. I didn't really open for two weeks. I thought the machine came together fairly well-no big problems. It says that needs two people to assemble, but I was able to do it myself(59 yrs old and not in the best shape of my life). I found the best way was with a ratcheting wrench with appropriate sockets(11/16”,5/8”, and 1/2” plus some standard wrenches in same sizes) for vast majority of build. I used the rubber hammer briefly. Just got in some proper weights , and everything seems to function perfectly fine.

If you are short then this is amazing!! I am 5'2 and it's great! I do wish the leg stand part would stick out more cause my toes are on the top edge but other than that I love it. It's compact for a bedroom and not too heavy to move. If you're tall then I wouldn't recommend it.

Shipping was prompt and the 2 boxes arrived in great shape. Assembled unit myself in about 2 hrs. I highly recommend this hack squat it is quality and smooth! Best price too!

The build took us 5 hours because the instructions were confusing. Once you figure it out, then you have to figure out how to use it. It didn't come with those instructions as it's different than the one you lay down and exercise in. I had to watch videos on similar products to see how you swith excercises. Im 5'4", and it seems like I'm not getting full rom. It's very well built / sturdy, though.

all the pieces were there but the backboard has a gigantic cut going down the center of it and I don't know if we can get that replaced somehow or how that works

The rollers are weak and undersized for this machine. Two rollers broke after only a few uses. It is supposed to be rated for 900 lbs. I never used over 400 lbs and multiple rollers broke after less than 10 uses. I requested a return before the return window closed, but the seller refused to help!
