Excellent quality and value. Very solid engineering and function. Packaged super well for shipment without damage. Pieces went together very easily and precisely. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I set up a folding table to assemble parts on and organize fasteners which really helped. Cable system is pretty complicated but reading and following the instructions made putting together a snap. I probably spent 3 hours in assembly. Love how smoothly it operates. One of the 4 boxes was missing in the original shipment but Syevee overnighted the missing box to me. Very impressed!

The machine is great for the money. It's slightly smaller than a normal machine but with small adjustments, works perfectly. I was cautious on buying with the shipping reviews. I placed my order and immediately sent a message to ask how many boxes would come in the shipment so I knew. I never received a response. A few days later, I received three boxes delivered to my house. After taking a look, it showed that I was supposed to receive four. I sent another message asking where the last box was and still received. No response. Two days later a random box showed up to my house to complete my whole set. I would highly recommend the machine because it is a great value for the money. The communication from the seller is nonexistent though.

First off, I'm a short, 63 year old, female psychotherapist. Not an engineer or workout guru by any means. The product arrived ahead of schedule. As others reported, it came on two different days, so I just waited for it all to arrive. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I took a full hour unpacking, organizing, and matching every part against the parts list. Everything was there and in good shape. No damage to anything or any package. The individual part packaging was amazing. Very well thought out. I started assembling on day one, between seeing my clients, and finished the next day, with a total of 7.5 hours including clean up and breakdown of boxes for recycle. It was pretty simple really, the instructions were excellent! I just took my time, had some fun working the puzzle, and really enjoyed the process. Being short, I needed to use my foot stool for a couple of things. I have nothing bad to say about the shipping, packaging, instructions, or assembly, and I did it all by myself. Some things are heavy, but I have a furniture dolly to move boxes from front step to back porch. Tried it out immediately, and everything works great. Love it. Don't be afraid of it. Just take your time, one page at a time, double check every thing, and you will do fine. Be patient with yourself if you mix something up. Everything is easily taken apart again if you need to correct something. A really great assembly experience over all. As for the work out, the only thing I find frustrating, which I will get used to, is needing to step over the bands to sit on the bench. But that's just a matter of 'Slow down Cindy', as I usually tend to rush things. Hope this helps. Cindy

I pity the poor driver who had to unload the 300 pounds of boxes onto my front porch! I also pity those with little experience with tools and no partner - to assemble this! It says on the assembly manual (only read after one receives the item) to use power tools and another person to put this together. I did it with the hand tools supplied (slowly) and solo - in two weekend days. The instructions were clear, although out of the twenty or so pages, there were a few key pages that were ambiguous - especially those concerning the pullies and cables supplied. After plenty of curses at the manufacturer, I figured out that I needed slack on the final pulley by lifting the top weight placque and placing a shoe under it before reassembling the ball end of the cable (which is another story - they need a page to describe better how this goes together). Anyway, aside from assembly, the machine is a great bargain for under $500. Although it is beautiful, I hear more noise coming from within the elaborate cover (free advertising) over the weights. It seems durable, and it is easy to switch weights and go from using the preacher pad to the leg press. (However, it seems that one has to squat quite a bit to get into position for the leg press.) Okay - my biggest pet peeve is the follow-through. You put together your machine, you admire its appearance and ease of use, and wonder - how many exercises can you really get out of it. Somewhere on YouTube or on a related website (possibly a vendor) I heard the casual remark, "There are about 100 exercises you can do on this." A hundred? I've looked for a gathering of those exercises and can't find anything near this. There are a few videos with a 20 exercises or so, and the company will easily guide you to its elaborate steel cover that depicts those exercises. On top of this, despite all the marketing, low pricing and a great product, there is nebulous contact information for Syedee (or whatever it is called) within the U.S. My conclusion: Do NOT purchase this product unless you are serious about maintaining or enhancing your physique. Also obtain a quality electric drill/wrench/impactor and make plenty of space to spread out the hundred or so components to build this. And pay attention to where the cables go through the 20 pullies. You'll be alright and we can all have a good laugh about it in the morning!

The pulley system Is not smooth, the bench press capability is good at 225lbs but the handles are at odd Angie when using butterfly attachment where it hits ribs. They advertise a 12 piece mat, not received and no response from seller. The pulley system feels like it's binding with lower and mid pulley but it's not. It's just no smooth.

Stay away from this item. Super hard to install. Missing items, (screws and wrong screws plus defective item ( push legs don't work fell machine is going to crack) Seller don't respond on time . I ask for partial refund by Walmart and the seller due to all of this. Still no respond.

We have not set up the gym station but did want to come in here to show how poorly the package was handled during transit. I understand it's moving and all but better handling or even maybe better packing would help. I know for a fact that we will have some parts missing.

boxes come separate days , weight plates are plastic cement, supposed to get 12 plates but only got 8 so I have stuff everywhere unassembled waiting for the plates

my package did come incomplete. it says 6 boxes and i only receive one! i need a resolution because its alot of money. i only receive the part GS04 i tried to contact walmart and they said that i need to talk the seller but its so difficult to contact them.

Easy to put together with two people, all four boxes came and all parts were included. However, the 3800mm cable is too long which renders the entire machine unusable due to the setup of the pulley system. I'm hoping the company can address this and I'll update this review once I can assess the functioning machine.
