very good and solid, might critique the stablity of the pull up bar at higher adjustments, i weigh 208lbs, but the range of motion is perfect if you have longer arms and dislike bending your knees to get full rom on pull ups. the dip aspect is perfect, fantastic for any size person looking to train their chest and triceps, might want to find a way to artifically increase the range of motion on the leg extension part of the power tower, but otherwise worth the money.

Great value for price. I am 200lbs and 6'4". I do need to bend my legs to hang but I knew that when purchasing because the hight was described in the listing. I will probably add some padding to the horizontal stabilizer so I don't wack my feet/legs on it.

This is a good piece for the price, the screws all came in the same box and drove me bonkers but once I started setting it up it became relatively easy. I'm impressed with the sturdiness and would definitely recommend this item to people looking for the tower.

Generally easy to assemble, except that holes on one bar don’t align well, making it impossible to put some parts together until I enlarged some holes with an angle grinder. The finished power tower is quite sturdy, but a little bit wiggly, not sure if it’s caused by the holes alignment issue.

great little power tower for the money. I had to put some padding that I had laying around on the dip station bars and pushup bars as the little sleeve that was on it just wasn't enough. the fabric may tear after awhile since it is kind of thin. I'll just reupholster if needed no big deal. the backing for the leg raise station could possibly be a little higher. but then again I'm 6ft3in. I'll probably just make a little modification to make it higher and a little sturdier. but other than that I am completely happy with this.

Easy assembly, probably should come with a recommended height and weight limit. I am 240lb and 6' tall. It holds my weight but flexes more than I prefer and to do knee lifts, my feet are on the ground, would prefer the elbow bar be higher. I may put 4x4 board under legs to raise it, would also allow me to lower chin up bar to be more stable. Good value for the money.

somewhat unstable so you need to be cautious when using. i have doubts of it's longterm durability as it seems to wiggle and have a lot of play in the joints. as someone that is 6'-2" i would not recommend to anyone over 6'. I can't use the Captains chair fully as my legs hit the ground.

I was very unimpressed. It's just not made well. Your arms push the sides out whenever you put weight on it. It's just very flimsy and not well made. Just seems very cheap. I recommend just waiting and spending more money. I completely set this up and then took it back down and returned it because I knew it wasn't going to work for us.

im 196 lbs , try doings push up it hurt your hand, try doings the pull up the bar starts bending like im to heavy, when it say 700 lbs weight limit, the dip bar sound like it about to snap off and it hurt your hands, and feel like it about to tip, i want my money's back , it a piece of crap, they better just give my my money back , because im never buying a another thing from this brand , i have already talk to a lawyer, if money not refunded, i have right to sue for fraud, information, because this things is dangerous
