Mikolo LAT Pull Down Machine Set, Multifunction Cable Workout Equipment with Flip-up Footplate and Plates Storage Posts

I added this piece to my home gym so that I could let go of my gym membership. I am 63 y/o F and assembled this myself. Wasn't bad. Clear instructions for the most part. It works great and I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

This is solidly built equipment at an affordable price. Operation is smooth and quiet, and the tower is very stable. Assembly is not terribly difficult, though it will require a couple hours. Seat and backrest are well-padded, and the accessories (bars, triceps rope and crunch harness) are of good quality.

Assembled in less than an hour. Small footprint makes it great for my small garage setup. Love that it can hold standard or Olympic plates with the adapter. Lightweight enough to move around if you have a smaller space, but I would recommend bolting it down if you're going to go heavy on the low pulley

I absolutely love this machine. I bought a pulley for my squat rack and the swinging weight had me nervous that it would hit me in the face. I finally decided to buy an actual Lat Machine and this was worth the price.

Outstanding for a home gym. It's a quality machine that doesn't eat up too much space %26 it comes with bonus attachments. Be careful during the assembly. I'd suggest pre-setting cables so you don't need to partially disassemble the machine to place them in their later like me.

It is good considering the low price. It's not as heavy duty as a pro piece of equipment, but it works great as an addition to my home gym. Lat pulldowns, seated rowing, and tricep extensions work great, not so good for cable curls. Great buy for a home gym.

I've always been a gym guy, but in early 2025 I transitioned fully to my home gym. One thing I really missed was a good lat machine, so I decided to pick this one up. At under $200 when I ordered it, I honestly didn't have high expectations. To my surprise, this machine is extremely smooth and feels great. While it's not commercial-grade, the overall feel of the movement is impressive. I was genuinely surprised by how well built it is for the price, and I'm really enjoying having it as part of my home gym setup. I'm pretty picky when it comes to equipment, and I can confidently say I love this machine. If you're looking for a lat machine for a home gym and you're on a budget, this is a great find.

A part of the machine was manufactured incorrectly. I've been in contact with Mikolo but have had very disappointing customer service. The machine isn't useable without the part. I wouldn't waste your money with this company.

The cable coating on the low row cable tore off on the first use. The rubber grommet that holds the ball at the end of the cable does not stay in place either. This is probably what cause the coating to tear off.
