Assembled in less than an hour. Small footprint makes it great for my small garage setup. Love that it can hold standard or Olympic plates with the adapter. Lightweight enough to move around if you have a smaller space, but I would recommend bolting it down if you're going to go heavy on the low pulley

I've always been a gym guy, but in early 2025 I transitioned fully to my home gym. One thing I really missed was a good lat machine, so I decided to pick this one up. At under $200 when I ordered it, I honestly didn't have high expectations. To my surprise, this machine is extremely smooth and feels great. While it's not commercial-grade, the overall feel of the movement is impressive. I was genuinely surprised by how well built it is for the price, and I'm really enjoying having it as part of my home gym setup. I'm pretty picky when it comes to equipment, and I can confidently say I love this machine. If you're looking for a lat machine for a home gym and you're on a budget, this is a great find.

It is good considering the low price. It's not as heavy duty as a pro piece of equipment, but it works great as an addition to my home gym. Lat pulldowns, seated rowing, and tricep extensions work great, not so good for cable curls. Great buy for a home gym.

Outstanding for a home gym. It's a quality machine that doesn't eat up too much space %26 it comes with bonus attachments. Be careful during the assembly. I'd suggest pre-setting cables so you don't need to partially disassemble the machine to place them in their later like me.

Pretty simple instructions, easily assembled in about 2 hours. My husband helped me, but one person could do it alone. This machine is awesome. Works perfectly and smoothly. I'm super impressed at the quality for the price.

Works great

It's well made and easy to use. I'm using 135 lbs with no sign of problems. Not sure how long it will last but I would expect 2 years or more before a cable or pulley fails.

I wish it could be screwed to the wall and The seat is too far forward; I wish it could be moved back about 10 inches.Apart from that, everything is fine

A part of the machine was manufactured incorrectly. I've been in contact with Mikolo but have had very disappointing customer service. The machine isn't useable without the part. I wouldn't waste your money with this company.

The cable coating on the low row cable tore off on the first use. The rubber grommet that holds the ball at the end of the cable does not stay in place either. This is probably what cause the coating to tear off.
