Syedee Seated Row Machine, Plate Loaded Lat and Back Workout Equipment with Adjustable Positions and Rotating Handles

I continue to be amazed by the quality and and the efficiency of Syedee products. This seated row machine gives me a great workout in a short amount of time, I get up in the morning and I work out my shoulders, pecks, arms and back quickly with this machine and after that I continue working out with my other Syedee products and I get a full body workout in about 30 to 45 minutes before I start getting ready for work. I'm telling you sincerely that I'm not getting paid for attesting that Syedee products are made with pride and design by wizards. My wife of 30 years keeps telling me to stop buying so much work out equipment but I tell her that I'm not getting any younger and I need to keep active plus my 5 year old grandson works out with me sometimes, Anyway…this Syedee equipment is a great investment for my health and I recommend the Syedee brand because they are made to impress and to last. I will upload pics of my Syedee equipment soon to show that they don't take up much space. Ok bye.

I love this row machine it's sturdy well balanced when you put the weight on and being able to do single arm rows make this a great addition to your home gym I don't have any negative remarks about this gym equipment. I have been using it for a couple of weeks and do not have any problems with it.

took about 1hr to put together directions were easy to read hoping this will help with my flappy lats is a nice addition to my gym,not looking to be a herculoid getting older so trying to keep as much as possible strong and tight will help me with my job picking heavy parts for caterpillar logistics

Works very smooth and comfortable. Padding for chest is excellent, the different hand angles and spacing wide close is fantastic. What a nice stretch it gives. Great little machine and super easy to put together. Definitely recommend. I have the tbar for rows and lat pull-down setup but this is a nice change up. I do feel it in my rear delts but majority is right where it should be.

Item is easy to assemble, seller is very understanding and willing to work with you to accommodate if any issues and I will be purchasing more from this Seller.

assemble goes way quicker with two people. next to impossible to assemble without a complete socket set to use. overall is worth the money and does the same thing as a $2,000 hammer strength will do. when assembled would not recommend putting 400 lbs on the machine. I would say 250 lbs is the limit maybe 300lbs tops. Not for ocd bodybuilder types because of the weight limit and durability limitations, again not quite like a gym back row machine.

For a home unit, it's not bad at all. The price was a good selling point. 2 things I would suggest the manufacturers to make changes are. 1. the seat is wonky and is not very stable it could be designed a bit better. Am i worried it's going to break? NO, not at all, but it wiggles a bit. 2. The plastic covers that allow you to use olympic plates should be steel or aluminum. The plast ines are not fixed to the bar, so even if you add clups to the bar, it only holds the plates on the plastic. the plastic tends to slide off the 1" bar that could result in your weights falling off and potentially hurting someone . i plan on making new covers ans mounting thwm to the bar correctly.

The build is pretty quick and easy. The seat is the weak point on this piece. The adjustable singular pole design and narrow seating surface all contribute to the wobble while using. It does offer great stretch and is versatile with one or two arm rows. In my opinion, you can get the same back work out from t-bar rows, standing barbell rows and/or one arm dumbbell rows. Equipment takes up considerable floor space as it long but narrow. I use it for change of pace but I don't really need it.

everything about this product feels very fragile and as though it will bend and or break with heavy restraint. i weigh 220lb and the seat is very wobbly and feels luke its going to snap off at any moment.

The shipment was delayed for a number of days. I had to stay up late and talk to Amazon about the problem for multiple days. I reached out to the seller and requested compensation for the inconvenience, especially that it was the same exact experience with the first product I ordered with Sydee. The product and this company are not worth dealing with.
