I like how fast it came and how easy it was to put it together

the machine is great, the only thing I didn't like was the weights they had a really bad and strong smell of some kind of chemicals, but it finally went away after leaving them out on the sun for a good amount of time.

Great piece of equipment! Much safer than bench press; you do not need a spotter. Smooth operation. The instructions were a little confusing at times, but overall, easy to assemble.

The assembly instructions could be a whole lot better. The machine itself seems to be very solid, but it is very low to the ground. That was mentioned in the ad but I did not notice it. Seems like my elbows would hit the ground if I were taller. To do incline chest presses you lower the back of the bench rather than raise the head. That puts the back of the bench just inches off the ground. It seems all of these chess press function the same so that's not a knock on this brand. All that said, I'm glad I bought it and would buy it again.

I like that its not bulky and easy to put together.

I DID NOT ORDER THE GOIMU, I ORDERED THE MITONOS CHEST MACHINE, WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE GOIMU. THE MITONOS MACHINE AS PRESSING UP, IT PRESSES INWARD, ACCORDING TO THE PICTURE. THE GOIMU PRESSES STRAIGHT UP.

got charged. only recieved 100lbs of weights, not 100lb plates like in description and no chest press. . cant get a hold of seller.
