just what I expected. if you don't know how to use bands, I would not recommend. there are no detailed instructions. nice clean set, functional.

These Resistance Bands have a good Resistance so far. You can use them sitting, standing or on the floor. My only true complaint is that when you put the handles on the bands, there's no way to adjust the length. However, I do like having the handles to hold because they are quite comfortable compared to just holding the flat bands. There's a small instruction Booklet included. The Accessories are great. There's one that allows you to put it over a door. Which is good for working your arms. Plus there's a bag to conveniently carry all of the bands with you when you are going away from home. I recommend purchasing them for a mild workout to help with your mobility.

This product appears to be a good value. The resistance band is suitable for beginners, and its quality is quite acceptable. It is certainly worth considering.

I would recommend only because the price for what you get is pretty good. I really like having the handles and the doorstop. The other resistance bands I have, left over from PT, work very well but had neither. They also had a very consistent stretch or pull, whatever you want to call it. These are not consistent. It's a little difficult to describe but the best way I can is to say that it starts out pulling easily then gets a little difficult then hits a wall. My others are a smooth motion. I don't believe the strength of the band makes a difference to that phenomena because I've tried it on the other weights. The handles are very comfortable. For my PT bands I fashioned handles out of some leftover wood I had in the garage. I drilled a hole in the middle and sanded down the edges. I threaded the band through the hole and tied a knot to keep it secure. It works well but the knot causes excess band between my fingers and can get uncomfortable. Thank you, RM

I received the bands but the handles were missing so I had to order them. there costing me 5.00 to get them. other wise I'd given a 5 star and would recommend buying them.

purchased two sets the resistance is pathetic extremely poor quality they don't even come close to the pounds that are marked on each resistance band I have high quality resistant bands that I purchased from Amazon and these don't even come close to the quality and the resistance don't waste your money... in fact these went in the trash

Love the idea of being able to get a quick workout anywhere I go. The problem is the bands didn't last through 4 workout sessions. I guess you get what you pay for in this case.

Not pleased at all with the product. The bands do not come close to the resistance advertised. Would not recommend to anyone

The worst resistance bands I've ever used. Cheap materials that offer little to no resistance. DO NOT waste your money on this item!
