downsized, got rid of my bench, weights and bought these bands. they do a good job of allowing me to get a workout without hurting my 69 year old body anymore than I already have. Do they build muscle like weights?...I don't know, I bought them to stay toned....but I still can see some of my weight lifting "veins".....Lol

Each band is labelled on level of resistance which is nice to keep track of for a beginner like myself. The booklet/instructions that come with is helpful, but it often depicts images of exercises using resistance bands with handles, which these do not have. It does come with a door attachment, which is great but as a complete beginner I'll be honest I had no idea what it was, lol. Seems like a good set so far with variety and easy organization.

I'm recovering from being paralyzed and numb these resistance bands has reversed my injury 100% by repetitions I'm 62 years old I walk better today than I did when I went to bed last night I used the yellow band as soon as I got it put it on the bottom of both my feet spread my legs went above my head like Superman and did a hundred second pause time and retention thank you you giving me my life back one repetition at a time the weight vest I bought from you guys I'm going to wear it on my bike ride today not 20 lb but 8 lb I'll work up to 20

These things are great! I hook them on my pull up bar and it greatly increases the number of exercises I can do. I liked them so much I bought another set. This allows me to double the resistance.

Bought as a gift for my husband. He loved them. He had a previous set from a different manufacturer that had the attached handles, and when they aged and the latex broke down, the handles became a major point of weakness and they snapped, causing injury when from the force. Since these are one solid circular band they seem far stronger.

I never thought I would be weak enough to need the tiniest band in this package but here I am! After a severe arm injury made me basically sit down and read basically all winter, well, it's spring again and I'm finally moving. Wow. So weak! Arm is sloooooowly healing and I'm actually using that tiny band. Who knew!? I use the med band for my legs and my partner uses the band one size larger. I guess I'm saying this bag of bands is great for many body parts and strengths. Definitely recommend!

These bands are perfect to take traveling . As well as using at home. Quite the resistance level as you go up in band strength.

Was not too crazy about the material compared to other bands I have had. So that's the middle of the road rating. But they function fine. I do like the bag included for storage

I am a big fan of resistant bands. I have been using the resistance bands, combined with free weights for strength training for the past five years. Some of my bands broke, and I decided to purchase these. Great value for the money. My only issue is the elasticity .These bands do not have the elasticity needed for for extreme motion, intense strength training movements. Otherwise for beginners these would be great.
