These fitness bands were exactly what I wanted. They are great for resistance exercises in the pool. They came to me quickly as well.

Great for exercising when your in a wheelchair. The bands are strong enough for a starter. I am very happy with the resistance I am getting from them.

Ok, they work. But you have to take each of them out of the package to figure out which is which. That risks getting the others dirty before you want to use them. And they're not easy to get back into the bag.

comes with three elastic bands but no information on which strength is for which colors. don't expect to find any instructions!

There were no instructions for using these bands. There are three different colors, why? I'm new to this type of exercise, but have not gotten any instructions.
