These bands are great for resistance and durability...you can adjust the amount of resistance as well. Easy to take with you on vacation etc

The perfect bands to use in my exercise classes and at home. They come in a 3 pack, with three different resistance levels. I had purchased the beginner set. I am really happy with this product and hope it will encourage me to become a little more fit. I definitely would recommend this product.

Exactly what I was looking for to be able to do my physical therapy exercises at home. A bit expensive, but quick delivery.

The theraband's resistance can be used to strengthen many different muscles. My husband first used them when recovering from shoulder surgery at physical therapy. He has continued to use them for many years to strengthen his arms and legs. They're easy to take along when traveling.

I started with the yellow bands first because that's the one for beginners but soon I advanced to the red bands. These are good for older people who do not want to go with the weights. I injured my shoulder lifting and had to switch to resistance bands.
