These bands are great for resistance and durability...you can adjust the amount of resistance as well. Easy to take with you on vacation etc

The perfect bands to use in my exercise classes and at home. They come in a 3 pack, with three different resistance levels. I had purchased the beginner set. I am really happy with this product and hope it will encourage me to become a little more fit. I definitely would recommend this product.

Exactly what I was looking for to be able to do my physical therapy exercises at home. A bit expensive, but quick delivery.

I started with the yellow bands first because that's the one for beginners but soon I advanced to the red bands. These are good for older people who do not want to go with the weights. I injured my shoulder lifting and had to switch to resistance bands.

The Theraband set is perfect for my disabled husband who is an amputee and needs to build up strength in his remaining leg. I looped the band to a sturdy table leg and he sits in his wheelchair with his ankle in the loop and does resistance leg pulls. His therapist recommended this. He's just begun using the lowest strength band in the set but we have high hopes. So far all is going well. This band set is very inexpensive and so adaptable.
