Very nice once (finally) inflated!

Robert February 25, 2026

Takes a long time and lots of effort to hand-inflate, but if you stick with it you'll be rewarded with a nice product.

The ease of the inflation was so easy to use.

No pump came with it. I had to use a hand pump. It was not very easy to fill with air. But after it was filled with air it's been great

Best ever

Stefanie April 17, 2025

This ball is easy to fill with air and super easy to remove plug if you need to refill. I use it as a pregnant ball and it is perfect and not to expensive.

Works for what i needed it for.

ROBERT March 14, 2026

Used this Theraband ball at the physical therapists or at least one very similar, there's might have been the Pro version. Bought it to continue with exercises at home since cost was reasonable. It did not come with a pump so had to buy something to inflate it with since I was afraid to use a larger compressor. Although they give you a tool to extract the plug when you need to add air it , for me at least, was impossible to get the tool under the plug. Had to use a knife to get under it enough to use the tool.

Try a brand that comes with a pump

Shelley April 11, 2025

The ball itself is made of very strong rubber which seems like it will last well. The reasons i marked the product down is 1) instructions are awful. Print is very tiny and there are no diagrams or pictures 2) there is no explanation or pictures as to how to fill the ball with air using any form of a pump. You are left to figure out the plastic pieces on your own. 3) there is no pump or pump attachment. The plastic pieces provided does not attach to a hand pump on its own. If it does, it does not have a good fit. Get a similar product that includes a pump. Hand pumping is exhausting and hard.

Separate purchase required.

Vanillabean January 9, 2025

I read the most recent reviews to make sure this was a good buy, and not one person mentioned that you have to inflate it yourself and THEY DON'T INCLUDE A TOOL TO INFLATE IT. Guess I have to either make another purchase of an air pump or return this item. It does seem like a thick, high quality product. Guess I'll find out after my trip to the store.

Susan October 4, 2025

The ball that I received appears to be a counterfeit. It is smaller than it is supposed to be and it is more oblong than round. The imprint on the ball says "Exerciser Ball"...apparently the real balls say "Exercise Ball" and the ball is kind of sticky. I'm very disappointed.

A ball for rehab recommended by PT

LM September 25, 2025

Check the DATE on your box. The manufacturer says it should be within a couple years old. The PVC material ages quickly. Before checking the date on mine I blew it up according to directions and it blew up lopsided. The date on my box was 2011 which makes it 14 years old! That's a dangerously unsafe ball that the seller should never have sold. I returned it quickly. Shame on the seller …….. Beyond the seller I think the manufacturer should have a “sell by” date on these types of items.
