Good resistance for abduction exercise for my arthritic knees. My only complaint is that it wants to roll up and not lay flat around my legs which makes it feel more like a giant rubber band than a flat band

To me, these are a must have for exercises/physical therapy for seniors. I put them around my ankles during standing leg kicks, which is an exercise I learned in physical therapy. A friend of mine learned the same exercises when she had physical therapy, but without the resistance bands. I gave her a set and she loved them too!

Works as described. I like that it is wide.

It may have been my fault for not carefully examining the invertisement, but I took the advertisement to be saying that you receive all 4 variations in weight resistance.

A total waste of my money. The ad was misleading and in the past there were 5 bands with different colors and strength. This order was only for one not 5 bands and the one was limited strength. Would you pay $6.00 for a rubber band? Disgusting and shame on Walmart. To add insult to injury, I was on the phone today for 42 minutes with your dumb AI virtual representative and a live representative, wasting my time!!

It was too small, I didn't realize how big I needed it to go around both my knees. Should have ordered larger

This is supposed to be close to the heaviest but it is not, very flimsy and no resistance what so ever.
