Just like what I used in PT. I didn't inflate it enough initially, and had a really hard time getting the plug out due to the shape of the plug area. Once it's inflated fully it will be easier to get out if you need to. I haven't had any issues with the integrity of the ball nor any issues with deflating. Would buy again….but because of its durability, I may not need to.
I like the ball and I like the color. However, it did not come with a pump and the foot pump I have from a previous Walmart ball does not work with this ball because the plastic cone nozzle is too big. I am now going through too much wasted time and potential added expense (In many cases more than the cost of the ball, which I cannot pay ) to find a pump and a nozzle that fits.
I am enjoying using the ball to help me stretch out my back and legs by putting my hands on it and rolling forward and from side to side. I also use it to build muscle in my legs by putting it between my legs and squeezing it. My son blew it up for me with our pump since there was no pump with the ball.
This is my third brand of stability balls and I like it the most. My last ball I only got two years out of it. The ball material seems to be thick, it's not slick and it is firm when inflated. I don't have it inflated all the way and it is really firm which is what I like most about it. I'm 6'2” 240 lbs and this ball is great for my height and weight. I use this three days a week for exercises and can't go without it so I will purchase another one for a back up.
We are totally satisfied with this yoga ball which my child's occupational therapist suggested for calming activities. It pumped up firm and had clear directions and a measuring tool to make sure it was fully inflated. Nice bounce to it. Recommended!
Thick, good quality ball. Inflation is a problem...the nozzles would not fit any inflation device I have. Fortunately I had a small hand pump that came with two smaller balls I have. This ball is exactly the same one that my physical therapist uses for my shoulder surgery recovery. Suggest also purchasing a small ball that comes with a pump to make inflation easier / possible.
This physio ball is recommended by NYT Wirecutter. I'm very pleased with quality, ease of blowing up on electric pump. The price was great. Thank you
Fast shipping and easy to inflate with either a hand or compressor pump. Very sturdy and doesn't feel cheap.
I took to my physical therapy center and he inflated it for me! This ball will help me do my need physical therapy at home!
This is a nice exercise bowl for the price. I am hoping to help build my core with this. I do worry about the durability of the ball with a heavier person. I like that I was able to find a ball for somewhat of my height. So far, so good!
