I recently had some minor surgery and was having some balance issues. My physical therapist suggested I get these. She set up routine so I could work on it between her visits. They have been a tremendous help. STRONG SUGGESTION: Have someone with you when you begin. Balancing is not easy at first so BE SAFE.

These Bands Work Great
I ordered this package of bands to replace the ones I received from the physical therapy facility. These are way better. The single band construction, with no tied end, is the best design. And the package has a nice range of strengthen bands.

Great bands for the money!
Bought these for my dad to regain his leg strength after surgery. the quality is great! and they fold up small so he can keep them on his side table for easy access. And there are enough different resistance strengths that we shouldn't have to buy a bigger set. great value fot the money and came quickly

These resistance bands are great in building leg muscles. I have also used them on strengthening my arm muscles. They are worth the money.
