If you want high-quality resistance bands, the THERABANDs are a must-buy... Durable and easy to use (at home or on-the-go), they are long-lasting and definitely get the job done - whether strength training or utilizing in conjunction with physical therapy.

Good Buy for hone workouts
good value, I like the 3 different sizes. My husband uses the green one %26 I use the stronger red one, We both use them leg stretches. The resistance helps to provide stability for our legs, since we are both disabled.

Just use them for therapy after surgery and to build strength. no need to use awkward weights when all you do is change band strength and do exercises using correct form.

These bands provide just the right amount of resistance for beginning light to medium light recovery training or for just getting started.
