Really comfortable and it fit like it was perfectly made for me and they had instructions from different exercises. I didn't know I was getting all the good great benefits actually.

Would recommend
Nice set of bands. I'm just starting out so the light is perfect for now.. Love I can take them with me wherever I go. Especially like the suggestions and info on how to perform some movements right on the band.

Humbles you quickly
Great resistance range and holds up well. Looks harmless until you realize your legs are negotiating for mercy halfway through a set.

As described
These are basically as described. However, I'm a fluffy girl with thick thighs and they tend to roll up/bunch up. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Bad smell to them; Latex?????
These bands smell nasty. I mean bad. Online description says they are made of latex (so if you have a latex allergy beware); however, the box or instructions do not say they are made of latex. The bands I got from local physical therapy department do not stink/ malodorous like these do.

Used and dirty!
I couldn't believe I received a package that was obviously ripped open and used! 2/3 of the bands had been used, one even had someone's hair stuck to it! Very sturdy, I may only need the light one.

I AM HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO LATEX! Why not state in BIG BOLD PRINT that your product contains LATEX?! It is this reason I'm choosing NOT to shop your stores anymore. You haven't a care in the world about protecting your consumers. So pathetic. Clearly you only care about your bottom line. Duly noted and processed!

Prop 65 warning on box
There is no mention of a prop 65 warning for this item on the listing, ony when you receive it will you see there is a warning on the box. Would not have bought it otherwise.

Not tight enough
I was excited that these bands were thicker in the hopes they wouldn't slide down as much while working out and stay put. Unfortunately I cannot use them at all as they are too long and don't provide any kind of tension so I can be challenged. Maybe they would work for a big man but not for an average size woman.

There are so few exercises that you can use these for. You're better off buying larger straight bands.
