Reebok Delta 10 lb Wrist/Ankle Weight Black - Osfm

These weights use higher density iron sand. Instead of the lower density sand used in more inexpensive ankle weights. The higher density means they are more compact and therefore more flexible. They cost more than for regular sand, but Walmart had a good price.

I like adding this to my walking routine to give me some resistance. They are easy to put on and remove. It takes a bit to get used to it but when walking at home it is much cheaper than a gym. I also will add to my wrists and swing my arms while walking. Really works wonders.

Very good quality, better than expected. I will use mainly for leg exercises and can attach both weights onto one ankle for added weight. One downside as mentioned from others is if you had thick ankles you may have trouble wrapping it around. But not a problem in my case.

These are comfortable but I can't get them very tight around my ankles. It might be a me problem? I have bought so many different ankle weights to help my balance and in hopes of not falling. These will rest on my feet without discomfort which is a great benefit! Might depend on what you use them for? Hope this helps!

Although these are the same weight and visually look the same, the straps differ for each weight. I can wear one weight securely, but the Velcro on the other one overreaches where it should attach. When the Velcro lines up on just one of the weights, it is too loose and falls off my ankle. Only one weight fits securely.

It is almost impossible to connect the ends of the weight around my ankle which makes it very hard to use the product. Needs a longer connection strap

These are hard to put on. They really cannot be tightened and end up falling off my wrists. I end up having to hold them oh while using them and it totally defeats the purpose of having them. Wish they would stay in place so I can hold other things or not have them moving up and down my arm.

Stitching tore within two minutes of first use. Attempted to repair torn stitching, but no use. discovered additional tears only moments later after attempting to use a second time. Extremely poor quality.

These shouldn't be advertised as ankle and wrist weights. They didn't fit around my ankles at all, and I'm a small woman.

Beware the Velcro on this item is very short. I have very tiny legs and it was not long enough to tighten up and they slipped down when excercising.
