just the right size. have used it several times. I have a fractured sternum, and it has helped a lot!

Getting a good size pack to stay on a shoulder is hard but this apparatus does the job. The pack slides into a pocket sealed by velcro. I stuff paper in that pocket to better position pack. There are then 2 strips of velcro from that pocket to secure to the arm. To affix it on the shoulder there is a long velcro strap. I suffered shoulder pain caring for my good sized parents as their health declined before their passing. This pack really helps. You have a heating option beyond hot H2O %26 microwave. A heating pad. You can wrap the pack in one of those %26 it heats up nicely.

fit is awkward but still works great for pain

Unfortunately it's near impossible to get on with a good shoulder let alone a bad shoulder with rotator cuff issues. The quality of materials is good but to sit on a shoulder it is not well made because of the struggle to get it on. If you are using it for shoulder pain relief you pretty much need someone to help get it on right. The hot/cold pack will come in handy but will be used with a towel and not the intended sling. It was worth a try but will need to look for other alternatives. This is just my experience and just my 2 cents.

Bought this for a shoulder injury. It doesn't place the pack except on the outside and is impossible to secure without help. Seemed a waste and does not hold the pack where you would need it

Would be great if the heat / cold pack arrived with it. Unfortunately had to return / have to return due to this misfortunate event. Will reorder though due to comfort fit etc

It seems like it would be good, but this one size fits most it doesn't fit my size, but it's a great concept and if it would fit me, it would be great

It claims it's one size fits most, however i am an average size female and this was enormous. It's very awkward and doesn't sit snugly on the shoulder or arm at all in order to use the ice pack or even support the shoulder. I will be returning this unfortunately.

There are zero instructions on how to get this to conform to the shoulder and upper arm and stay in place. I finally got it to quasi work but the ice pack kept slipping down in the pocket, leaving nothing on the shoulder area. An ice pack shouldn't require an engineering degree to figure out how to use it. I'm not an idiot but if it's that complex, provide better instructions. I ended up buying a different one that was sooooo much easier to use.
