It’s easy to tear, no scissors needed and it gives you flexible support and strength. I’ve used this for wrist support during volleyball matches and it’s a lifesaver. I’d recommend it and I’d keep it on hand because it’s so portable and useful.

The material feels durable and breathable, so it'S comfortable to wear for long periods. It sticks securely during workouts and doesn't peel like. That it's easy to tear and Apply without hassle. Overall, it's a reliable tape for stability and protection during phusical activity.

I didn't know if it would hold in place comfortably but it stood the test of time staying put my entire workouts! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This athletic tape is really nice! It is very easy to apply and tears off easily. It has a great feel - not heavy but yet sturdy enough to tape my husband’s fingers securely. The roll is a great size to take on trips or store in the car.

The tape was hard to separate and the tape does not stick good

the tape peels off skin easily and provides no support. it sticks to everything else (socks and shoes) and does not stay in place.
