Firs the Bill for Crossfit
I use a tape similar to this for Crossfit. I wasn't sure if this would be the same as I had used in the past, but it works well for that use. Tape is not as tightly wound as similar brands, but that doesn't really matter. Would buy again. Price was reasonable.

Sticks well, I prefer a slightly thinner roll though, but tears easily to make the strips narrower.

Almost, not quite good.
the tape sticks to my skin verry well. The only problem is my skin breaks out in a rash and itches, Will not buy again.
