Hard like a rock
Hard like a rock, nothing but hurting my upper back more, could not use it. I don't know what they thought when produced this junk super hard. My PT had a super soft one and i loved it. It is sold here 5 times the price of this one: https://www.walmart.com/ip/121112752?sid=fee9f25a-4236-4904-80a2-b660b18114db I guess the rule never fails, you get what you pay for.

It's styrofoam
You get what you pay for. Not flexible foam at all. It's hard styrofoam like craft styrofoam balls or cones you would stick pins in. I do not recommend.

Damaged Torn box.Too hard to use for Back muscles.
The box it came in was torn, and the roller had some imprints from damage. It's way too hard to use as physical therapy for my back.
