Love it! So squishy and it is big. It had no bad odors or off gassing. Great mat. My only worry is that it's not very durable and may start to break down faster than some mats but still I would buy this again.
I purchased this after getting tired of sitting on a pillow in my bathtub to hide from my kids to eat snacks. It fits wonderfully and eliminates moldy pillows because they got wet if the tub had water. Quit debating on this and GET IT!!!
Love the thickness of mat, makes it easier on the knees. Wish it was wider than 24 inches. Couldn't fine one 32 inches with same thickness. Take classes at Y %26 in my 70's so thickness of mat was very important to me. Would recommend if you're looking for something that makes it easier on your back %26 knees.
Very nice mat. I use it under vibration plates and it works great.
As described. Nice and comfortable, generous size
The thickness was amazing, great for my knees.
definitely thicker than I thought, which is good, I have a bad spine and back, lots of health issues, hence what it was bought for so much better than what I had previously thickness wise, so far seems solid, doesn't roll as well since it's thicker, doesn't bend great but that's ok, good purchase imo, no complaints so far.
The "positive": The thickness of this is amazing. I am going through PT and needed padding for my knees so that I could do exercises at home. I can now kneel using this mat that couldn't be done on my carpeted flooring. It is just easier overall to do the additional exercises with this 1-inch thickness because I don't feel the hard floor underneath. As for quality, there are better ones out there, so I'm not sure how long this will last. When I unrolled it after receiving, it had indentations from the straps and from being boxed up that appear to be permanent. The "cons": Storing this thing is a challenge. These are things I didn't think about when ordering, (and they may not be an issue for you if you are tall, or have a larger home with enough closet space to store this when not in use). It is much much longer than those used at PT and for what I need. (My height is 5'4"), so with the length and thickness, it is not a small mat when rolled back up. Because I use it every day, I don't roll it up due to its size but also because the ends want to curl up. I lean it up on its side against a bedroom wall. Again, it's long! But, I bought it specifically for the 1-inch thickness, so it was a good purchase for what I needed.
This is a gift and has not been opened yet. Fingers crossed that this is the one that is needed
It isn't thick enough. I am small and when I lie on it on a hard floor it hurts because my tailbone gets too much pressure from the hard surface. There are also exercises that I need the mat to double and a rollable Matt doesn't address those needs-it is too flimsy and thin. I work out an hour in the morning and stretch 30 minutes each day in the evening-I am not an occasional user.
