This product is great!! I bought from this seller at Walmart three bars. Two are terrible to touch and scratched and have white strips from something that can't be wiped off, but this blue bar is good. I got at Walmart RED, blue, and GREEN Theraband flex bars in the last few days. The blue one is great: it's coated properly, so it's pleasant to touch and proper color. No white stripes, no scratches. The red and green bars are unpleasant to touch, not coated, and have white strips of some kind of chemical on them which is impossible to wipe off.

my wife's hand therapist recommended getting this to help builld strength in her hand and forearm from the surgery she had. well built and he quality is top-notch. Certainly has helped strengthen her forearm after RSR surgery.

When ordering did not know that the color changed the resistance so I was disappointed at first but then decided to try it in a different way and it actually has worked out great

I recently purchased the Thera-band Flex green bar at home, per my PT, for my tennis elbow. I use it once daily, 3xs a week for a fifteen count. My elbow is feeling better. I'm not having as much pain now. I recommend using it. But you should probably find out which Bar is right for you, by seeing a PT.

Great tool in the flexbar series. Good for those with strong forearms and high grip strength.

Used for grip strength and elbow pain. Pain decreased after a couple of days use.

Tyler twists with this thing are great for extensors strengthening and therapy

Have been using this to help with golfers elbow. Works like a charm.

EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED

I'm going to physical therapy and they use these bars, this one feels like the yellow bar, it's too soft. I needed it to be more difficult like the one at physical therapy.
