The Theraband Professional is very good for stretching exercises. l am a stroke patient and my physical therapist suggested Theraband yellow color level 2 to start with. l am glad tnat I could find this Theraband. Although a bit expensive it is a good tool for the purpose of stretching exercises. Tne band is thin but sturdy. It seems to be strong not to tare away easily. The exercise guide that comes with the Theraband has figures that explain how to use the band for different types of stretching. The shipping and delivery of the product was prompt. l strongly recommend Theraband for stretching exercises.

Functional
Was not a huge fan of the initial intense plastic smell, but this faded over time (especially after washing). The band itself withstood use and didn't have quality issues.

Theraband for resistance exercises
This is the brand a physical therapist gave me for PT exercises, so after several years of using it and wearing it out, I chose the same brand for replacement. The new band is working fine so far and I hope it lasts as long as the first one before snapping.

it doesn't have the same resistance as the ones i actually got from my physical therapist. its easier where i was looking for that heavier resistance.
