ProsourceFit Weighted Toning Exercise Hand Balls for Pilates & Yoga

The 3lb ProsourceFit Weighted Toning Exercise Hand Ball is a nice added touch to my yoga routine. I love the color and it is easy to fit in my hand. I like this better than working with dumb bells. The ball is not slippery, but could use some additional texture for a better grip. The inside contents of the ball must have a sand substance, because I can hear the contents shifting when I move it around. The shifting sand will gives a better ability for toning muscles. The 3lb weight is just enough for me. It will help give me some toning, and build endurance, without feeling like I am straining myself. I like that this ball is small enough to carry in my bag to the gym. I plan to use this Toning ball to help strengthen my back and spine. This ball does not bounce and does not roll away and can be used by both men and women. Although it is only 3lbs, I would not recommend this ball to be used by children. I do wish enclosed in the packaging of the toning ball, would have come with some additional exercise techniques or instructions so I can use this at home and not just learn from an instructor or on line tools. Overall, I really do like using this ball and can't wait to get more use for added balance and toning.

I am doing a review on the ProsourceFit Weighted Toning Exercise Hand Balls for Pilates & Yoga. The exercise ball that I received came in a bright red. I guess they come in many colors. On the ball is the logo and underneath that, it says 3 LB. You can hear and feel the iron sand inside of it moving around. It is there for weight and also for you to help keep it balanced. I really needed this exercise ball. My upper arms really need a lot more strength. I guess as you age you lose a lot of your strength. I have been working out a lot since I have had this and it really feels good to work with it. I can really feel my skin even tightening up underneath my upper arm. It is not a small ball so it even works your hands and fingers. It is very soft and pliable. You are able to grip it by squeezing it a little to grab a hold of it. This helps with strengthing your grip and arms too. I do a lot of Pilates. I am 60 years old and this is the way to go for me. I take it very slow but firm. I make up my own exercises and it is truly a workout. I have even started putting it under my chin now and pushing down hard trying to firm up the skin under my chin and along the top of my neck. I don't know if it will help or not but I'm trying it. Like I said I am making up the exercises up as I go. If I can feel the muscles reacting or feel or see the skin tightening up after a while then I will continue to do the exercises. These are not just for your arms. I do side crunches with them and also situps. I only hold one ball when I do these exercises. I enjoy using it. It is fun and the ball is very sporty and playful to workout with. I highly recommend these ProsourceFit Weighted Balls.

I like this. Much better and more fun than working out with hand weights. Great for toning. Mine came clean out of the box. A comfortable feel and for an adult woman the right size for the hand. Like the 'porridge' story, just right. Great for toning

Arrived on time and exactly as shown. These 1 lb cushy balls do a great job of taking the pressure off your wrists during planks and hands-and-knees exercises such as bird-dogs.

It arrived. safely and was easy to unpack. It's easy to grip, well made, and fits comfortably in my hand. Zero complaints. As I progress and get stronger, I will look for ones with more weight. Thank you.

Great exercise ball! You definitely have to pay attention and focus when using it. It's not too heavy but after a few reps, you feel it's weight. I have small hands and this is easy to hold.

Just what I ordered.

I ordered this ball because I like to exercise at home, I tend to feel uncomfortable and judged in a gym so I like to do it by myself. This ball is is the perfect size and the perfect weight for me, I loved the quality, I have 4 kids and they love to play with it when I am not using it, and the ball is still in perfect condition, I love how thick the plastic is so I can feel comfortable exercising and know that nothing will happen to it. I definitely recommend this so you can get started to getting a healthier life and completing your new years resolution!!
